A Labernese's history dates back to the 1900's, when the Mira Foundation in Canada began to breed the dog with the intention of creating the best possible dog to assist disabled and blind people. The parents were selected due to their gentle and smart nature The foundation, located in Quebec, continue to this day to breed Labernese.
Labernese is a large breed with a lot of love to give. Kids love Labernese and the feeling is mutual. This is a dog that will provide companionship to your children and become a play buddy.
They are exceptionally friendly and super social. They do not like to be left alone for long periods of time so should be with a busy family, ideally with someone who is home a great deal of the time! Because Dandy received a major portion of Lab genes it was my decision to breed her with a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog.
Her first litter was a major success producing 10 gorgeous puppies. I continue to keep in touch with the families and hear just wonderful comments about their dogs! I will include some pictures of her first litter.

Born July 9th. 3 girls and 5 boys. All are healthy and doing beautifully. Once their eyes are open, around week three, I will post pictures!!!
I will be asking $1500 for the pups. They will be ready to go to their new homes by early September. I will post updated pictures in the future
