It is with a very heavy heart writing this...
Miss Loba passed away peacefully in her owners arms yesterday. She was such a gentle old soul. She had such a calm demeanor to her, and very time I saw her or cared for her, she brought a sense of peace to the room.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing she is now at peace and pain-free. Most people would say they hope you are running free. Well, I hope that you stay in your special spot under your tree and continue to watch over your Mama.

We are going to miss you, old girl. Rest easy

We hope this message finds you and your furry friends well.

Starting immediately, we kindly request that half of your invoice be settled BEFORE your dog's scheduled drop-off for boarding.
If payment is not received prior to drop off, your dog(s) will not be able to board, and you will forfeit any deposit previously made when you booked. I understand life can throw curve balls sometimes, but this is no longer negotiable.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we implement this change. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
