Had a great fly in fishing trip 2024! Myself, Bennett and my Dad plus some good friends. Caught some fish, enjoyed the beauty and had some great meals.

Beautiful training day here in Manitoba. MGDA grounds just opened and we took advantage. Nothing too crazy today. All dogs ran the marks as a double with the long gun retired. May ran long mark as a retired single first, then as a double. The big dogs ran the blinds in order.

no, this is an a baby black bear. This is "Mouse" a few week old husky mix. The Humane Society needed an emergency foster over the weekend and my lovely wife decided to take her.

Pepper is going to miss two of these foster kittens next week. Oreo is underweight and staying for a couple more weeks.

Our Christmas zoo!! I wouldn't have it any other way, two dogs and three foster kittens. Pepper and May bones/toys and the kittens got wrapping paper, everyone couldn't be happier.

This is 3.5-4 week old OREO, she is outgoing and fiesty. Pepper is in love with this kitten fostering stuff.

Mother Nature gave Manitoba a gift today, 7 degrees. Took advantage and ran the girls this afternoon. Ran 2 & 4 and then 1 & 3 as doubles for all dogs. Then the blind later for Pepper snd Storm. Everyone had a good day!

Well, that was a fairly successful weekend competing in Illinois.   the big girls just missed out on their HRC championship titles but if it were easy, there'd be done sense of accomplishment. On a sidenote, Storm was the only dog out of almost 50 dogs to line the water blind this weekend.  He. Think it might be time for the dogs to relax and maybe get out for a duck hunt this fall.

I beat the rain and got some training done this afternoon. We are leaving for the US tomorrow to compete in Kansas. The set up was run as singles, blinds afterwards. All dogs did well, May (13 months) did the best job!👍

Beautiful fall day to do some land training. Today's focus was running through tight slots, focus and line manners. all dogs had a good day, including 13 month old May who didn't disappoint.

I got some training done today about five minutes from my house 👍. Got permission for this sweet bailed field, Nickolas threw for me. Ran as singles.
