Third Day of NO BUSINESS.
Nobody out there working, expecting 4th day of NO Parking, ticketing and towing.

Thursday morning, crew showed up, removed the sign and started working.

4th day of NO Parking, as plows and trucks kept moving about, during what was to be business hours.
