Here is your starting line up for tomorrow's Foster Frenzy: Super Bowl Edition:

🏈 C**t: 5-year-old C**t is one of our long-term dogs and could use a break from the shelter for 2-4 weeks. He needs to be the only pet in the home. No kids, please.

🏈 Bingo: He's a little grumpy, but that's because he's post-blockage (ouff, uncomfortable). He needs 2 weeks in foster for urine monitoring and has some special food requirements (provided!).

🏈 Dale: Dale has also been in care for so long. This 2.5-year-old needs 2-4 weeks in foster to decompress from shelter life. He would be best in a home without animals and no young children.

🏈 Mingling: He just needs to try a new diet in a foster home for 4 weeks to see if it makes him feel better!

Join us ahead of the big game - 2-4 pm - to bring one of these MVPs home or learn more about how fostering supports the whole WHS team.

We are so excited to announce a new collaboration between WPW and the Winnipeg Humane Society!

Several WPW stars visited the WHS this week to spend some time with the puppies and kitties that are ready to find their forever homes

The WHS has named some of their kutest kittens after WPW wrestlers, and all of them are available for adoption now! 😻

UPDATE - Christopher found his family 🥹

We're pleased to introduce you to Christopher, this 1.5 year old stray gentleman looking for a home.

We don't know much about him - he's an old soul with a very gentle demeanor, and can catch treats mid-air no problem. He also might be part dire wolf, and/or change forms on a full moon. TBD.

Curtains go down, visitations and adoptions are paused, we ask for quiet on the adoption floor, and our dogs get an opportunity for some real rest and relaxation 🥰🐶😴.

Fostering isn’t for everyone - it can be hard work, but it’s so rewarding. Listen to Michelle from our foster team talk a bit about what our animals need, and stop by this Sunday between 2 & 4pm at 45 Hurst Way for our Foster Frenzy! Our team will be there to answer your questions, sign you up, and maybe even match you with your first foster baby! 🧡💜
