Has your dog become a bit *extra*? The holidays always make me add a few kg and Ciccio is always there to keep me company... and to help make sure nothing goes to waste!

As it is I am the weakest link - damn those sweet little eyes staring me down! I have a hard time not sharing my food with him... and I have noticed he is looking a bit, ummm, chunky.

Research very clearly shows us that it is absolutely critical to maintain a healthy weight for our pups. The added weight puts stress on their joints and poses numerous much more serious health risks.

And so, I have done some research into some strategies to help my sweetest boy slim down. Check out my article with tips and tricks for both feeding your chunky pup, as well as getting them moving a bit more.
