Hallo, ich heisse Kerstin Betsch und bin ausgebildete zertifizierte Tierphysiotherapeutin.
Physiotherapie dient der Pflege sowie der Heilung nach Operationen oder Störungen im Bewegungsapparat, durch Unfall, Krankheit Fehl- und Überbelastung.
Mein Ziel ist es, die Bewegungs- und Funktionsfähigkeit des Körpers wieder herzustellen, zu verbessern oder zu erhalten, sowie Schmerzen zu lindern.
 
Es ist immer wieder schön, gerade auch bei älteren Patienten zu beobachten wie durch Optimierung der Gelenkfunktionen, durch Muskelaufbau und -erhaltung sowie die Steigerung der Koordination den Tieren eine bessere Lebensqualität ermöglicht werden kann.

Ich freue mich auf Sie und ihr Tier.

This young, 15 kg Kelpie got lost in the Alps and was found about a week later with a fractured/luxated femoral head and a a severe carpal injury. We couldnt save the hip joint, and replaced it yesterday. Next week we will go for the carpal joint

16 Kg mixbreed dog with unknown trauma and surgery time ago outside the country. a new pseudoacetabulum was alredy formed. We managed to bring the cup back to its original position, but with some increased retroversion due to the absence of bone to get good press fit in a normal position. Range of motion is great, and although the leg is shorter, we hope that the dog recovers in the best possible way
