What is the difference between ingredients and active ingredients?

Ingredients (inactive) can help the body absorb and break down the active ingredients so they can work properly. The active ingredient in a product enables the properties to do what it claims.

Both ingredients and active ingredients are easily found by looking at the label on the back of the product or looking up the ingredients section online.
