Although the pace of pet ownership in the United States has slowed down, people are paying more and more attention to the health and quality of life of their pets.
These changes reflect that pets, especially dogs and cats, have become important and indispensable members of many American families.
In 2010, 73 million households in the United States had pets. By 2024, this number will grow to 82 million households.
