Good news/ bad news. The package of collars I mailed the 6th of December was returned. But nothing was lost or damaged. I remailed yesterday with a different provider and things seem to be moving smoothly. I’m so sorry everyone for the delay on the collars. International shipping is especially tricky during the holidays but this has been ridiculous. Everyone’s who’s collars have been delayed will get a discount on their next order. Hopefully by Monday-Tuesday I will have everyone’s personal tracking numbers.
Once again I’m so sorry I know a lot of these collars were gifts. Thank you so much for the patience and understanding. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.

So this is a total bummer. The last H&H package is being delayed with FedEx. I mailed the collars on December 6th, apparently something was wrong with the paperwork so I fixed it on the 9th. I have gone in many times and been on the phone for hours with no luck. The package isn’t lost but I have no idea what is going on. I’m so sorry everyone I don’t think you will get your collars in time for the holidays 😞 please message me if you have any questions or concerns.
