Sometimes things don’t necessarily go the way we hoped, as nature has its own plans. This post is breaking my heart, but for the benefit of the breed, a long deliberated decision has been made.
Our Bora aka EVIDDENTE Iron Man
is now av@ilable to the most perfect, loving pet home.
Explanation of WHY: his lower canine teeth are a bit too tight and tend to go lingual. After many consultations with the best and only licensed canine dentist in Serbia, we got the explanation. Turns out, after his upper baby canine teeth fell out, the roots took a long process of absorption, which caused permanent canines to displace a bit towards the front, leaving a little space for the lower ones to get through. The vet excluded this as being a genetic matter. It’s rather common for this to happen no matter how many times I’ve checked to make sure there are no deciduous teeth, stubborn roots are just out of our sight! His bite is normal, all teeth are present, but I chose not to get him throughout a dental procedure as there is no guarantee and it’s not bothering him to eat and function normally, but at the same time, I think it’s not fair to use him as a stud dog some day if everything is not neatly perfect!
I apologize for the long post, but it’s much easier for me to explain everything at once than individually.
If you want to have a stunning and attractive dog, fully trained and desensitized to people, other dogs and grooming (grooming competitions with him can be a delight, he has a dream coat and quite remarkable table manners) and you fit into our expectations of being the best owner ever, feel free to contact me in private messages 📥 I’ll be glad to chat and answer all your questions!
