Sassy from The Bins feeding station was released back to her colony today.
Sassy had been treated for cat flu 🤧
A HUGE thank you to ex-volunteer Darren who helped Gaynor collect Sassy from the vet clinic, and did all the heavy lifting and shifting to release her!
Good luck Sassy. Here’s wishing you good health moving forward 😸

A special Christmas “Thank You” from the Paphos Cat Lady herself! 😻🎄🤶
Floof was returned to the Alpha Mega feeding station today after a lengthy stay at the vet clinic.
We’d been concerned about Floof’s ear as it had been bleeding. The good news was that the trauma area wasn’t cancerous, but the bad news was that it was so very badly infected, the vet had no choice but to remove it 😿
As you can see though, Floof seemed unfazed by it all and happily stayed around to eat.
Good luck Floof ❤️
Isn’t it amazing what a bit of time, patience, commitment and good food can do! 😻
This is Happy Jack (formerly Sad Sack).
You may remember us telling you that he turned up at the Next feeding station around the beginning of September, looking worse for wear with major mouth issues.
We managed to catch him and he spent over a week at the vet clinic having major dental and gum work completed. He was also neutered at the same time ✂️
When Happy Jack was released after his treatment, we didn’t think we’d see him again. Clearly any trust he may have had was broken 😾
However, he did return and slowly, slowly every day, Volunteer Andy and Gaynor have been getting closer to him.
Just look at him today! 😳. Happy to to stroked, and if you have the volume high enough, you can hear him purring as well!
Do you think Gaynor was happy to see Bolt released back to the Mosque feeding station today? ❤️😍🥰💕😻🫶🏼
Bolt from the Mosque feeding station was released today after his dental work. He also needed to have antibiotics administered.
As you can see, he didn’t seem too worried about the situation and stayed around for food and cuddles!

After his dental work, Bolt from the Mosque feeding station needs to stay another night in the vet clinic.
He needs to have some antibiotics administered.
Volunteer Andy went to visit Bolt today. Bolt’s generally doing well and should be released tomorrow, all being well 🙏

Something’s not right with poor Bolt 😔
We’re not sure what the problem is, but he’s suddenly wary and scared of people 😔
He was treated for cat flu recently and released back to the Mosque feeding station. He disappeared for 2 days and when he turned up, he was off his food and lethargic.
He made a quick recovery, got his appetite back and was his usual sociable self. He had a bit of dried blood on his nose, but seemed well overall.
Gaynor went to check on him at the Mosque today, and he would only allow her to feed him through the bars 😔
Medically we can see anything wrong with him, but Bolt was the most sociable cat you would ever meet! Happy to sit on anyone’s lap!
We’ll keep a close eye on him 🙏

Thank you to every single one of you for your support! 🙏
Happy Jack (formerly Sad Sack!) was released back the the ‘Next’ feeding station today.
Happy Jack was a new visitor to the station, so hasn’t yet bulit up trust with Gaynor or volunteer Andy.
We really, really hope he comes back to the feeding station so we can continue to feed him and keep an eye on him. He had a LOT of dental and gum work done, and had to stay at the vet clinic for over a week to recover.

Volunteer Andy collected Jacko from the vet clinic today.
Jacko will now stay with volunteer Andy so he can continue his medication and recover in a peaceful environment.
We will then decide how to move forward after we receive the vet’s full prognosis.
Thank you to Animal Rescue Cyprus Reg.No.4420 for taking such great care of our Jacko boy 🙏
And the winner is (sound on)……🏆
