“CIE CIB Beautyfield’s Amy Winehouse” - *18.07.2009 – 18.02.2024”
Time to say „Goodbye“ – with a great hole in a sad heart, I`ve to say that my “Stina” has passed her life on Sunday.
Better known as CIE CIB Multi-Champion Beatuyfield’s Amy Winehouse, born out of “CIE CIB CH Wagging Tails Rolf Muntz” and “CIB CH Calebris Coco Beautyfield’s Mousse”, she made our Kennel a name.
Our first selfbreed International Champion, we have had many very special moments in our time together. Good and bad.
Stina – 10 Wochen alt
Many people talk about their “Once in a lifetime dog” that shared their life.
I*m pleased with many of them in my life yet and hope to have some more in the future.
Every one of them was special to me.
But, what made Stina so very special, was that she nearly was that Dog, we Flatcoated Retriever Breeder, call a “Dual-Purpose Flatcoated”!
Not even was she a Showchampion in several countries, with great success at the World Dog Show and Crufts. She was although a real practice hunting dog, with her last hunt in January this year.
At the biggest working completion for Flatcoated Retriever in Sweden, the Flatmästerskapet, she has won the open class in Västeras 2013, until now, the one and only German Flatcoated Retriever which had the honour.
And even more important for the breed, she was an outstanding breeding bitch, which gives many people so much joy with her offspring.
She gives us our C (Moviestars), F (Cocktail) and J (Movie Characters) Litter, with 4 International Champions, 8 National Champions and with GBCH Beautyfield’s Flashdance at Telurn an RCC Winner at Crufts.
She has given her quality over some of her children to further generations and helped her greatgranddaughter Jette (CH Beautyfield’s Loch Awe) in September 23 with her Great-Great-Grand-Children.
She had loved food and found many ways to get some, she loved ducks. Sometimes more than needed and was a real brave girl.
On Saturday last week she has a walk at the river in our hunting area. She felt not well during the night and has fever on Sunday morning. A immediately check up at the vet clinic shows something in the stommage, so they operated her, to find cancer has spreat in the body, so she leave us in narcose.
She went after 14 years and 7 months as a new star on the sky, mother to 21 FCR’s.
Writing it down, brings tears in my eyes. A quarter of my lifetime she was my shadow and we are so glad that her grandchild CIE CIB Telurn Coming Home and her greatgrandchilds Jette & Pebbels help to heal the loss.

Zeit, „Auf Wiedersehen“ zu sagen! – mit großem Schmerz muss ich mitteilen, dass meine „Stina“ uns am Sonntag verlassen hat.
Besser bekannt als CIE CIB Multi-Champion Beatuyfield’s Amy Winehouse, geboren aus „CIE CIB CH Wagging Tails Rolf Muntz“ und „CIB CH Calebris Coco Beautyfield’s Mousse“, machte sie unserem Kennel einen Namen.
Als erster internationaler Champion aus eigener Zucht hatten wir in unserer gemeinsamen Zeit viele ganz besondere Momente. Gute und Schlechte.
Viele Menschen sprechen von ihrem „Once in a lifetime“-Hund.
Ich bin bisher mit mehreren Once-in-a-Lifetime Hunden in meinem Leben gesegnet gewesen und hoffe, dass es in Zukunft noch mehr davon geben wird.
Jeder Einzelne von ihnen war etwas Besonderes für mich.
Aber was Stina so besonders machte, war, dass sie fast der Hund war, den wir Flatcoated Retriever-Züchter einen „Dual-Purpose Flatcoated“ nennen und der das Höchste ist was man als Flatcoated Retriever Züchter erreichen kann!
Sie war nicht nur in mehreren Ländern Ausstellungschampion. Sie hatte großen Erfolg auf der World Dog Show und Crufts.
Und Sie war ein echter Jagdhund! Erst im Januar war sie auf ihrer letzten Jagd.
Bei der größten Arbeitsprüfung für Flatcoated Retriever in Schweden, dem Flatmästerskapet, hat sie die offene Klasse in Västerås 2013 gewonnen und war bisher der einzige deutsche Flatcoated Retriever, dem diese Ehre zuteilwurde. Sie gewann mehrfach die Veteranen Trophy als Bester Show & Work Veteran des Flatcoated Retriever Treffen.
Und noch wichtiger für die Rasse: Sie war eine hervorragende Zuchthündin, die vielen Menschen mit ihrem Nachwuchs große Freude bereitet.
Sie schenkte uns 21 Welpen in unseren C (Moviestars), F (Cocktail) und J (Movie Characters) Würfen.
Daraus stammen 4 internationale Champions, 8 nationalen Champions und mit GBCH Beautyfield’s Flashdance in Telurn einen RCC-Gewinner auf der Crufts.
Sie hat ihre Qualitäten über einige ihrer Kinder an weitere Generationen weitergegeben und ihrer Urenkelin Jette (CH Beautyfield’s Loch Awe) im September 2023 mit ihren Ururenkelkindern geholfen.
Stina hat Essen geliebt und viele Möglichkeiten gefunden, etwas davon zu bekommen und sie liebte Enten. Manchmal mehr als notwendig und sie war ein wirklich mutiges Mädchen.
Am Samstag letzter Woche macht sie ihren letzten Spaziergang am Fluss in unserem Jagdgebiet. In der Nacht ging es ihr nicht gut, am Sonntagmorgen bekam sie Fieber. Bei einer sofortigen Untersuchung in der Tierklinik wurde etwas im Bauchraum festgestellt. Sie wurde operiert und der Vet stellte fest, dass sich Krebs im Körper ausgebreitet hatte.
Sie schlief in Narkose ein.
Nach 14 Jahren und 7 Monaten steht Sie jetzt als neuer Stern am Himmel.
Während ich ihren Nachruf schreibe, kommen mir Tränen in die Augen. Ein Viertel meines Lebens war sie mein Schatten und wir sind so froh, dass ihr Enkel CIE CIB Telurn Coming Home und ihre Urenkel Jette und Pebbels dabei helfen, den Verlust zu heilen.

What to do on a cold weekend?
Conny was on the CACIB Show in Kassel and got 2 CAC with „Berta“ - Beautyfield“s Miss Marple in Gundog Class.
Pebbels (Beautyfield’s Nimue) got yesterday a Exc2 ResCAC and today a Very Good 4 (what a surprise 😲)
The rest of the pack were hunting in the nature, on short notice we invited some friends and where out in the Forrest.
Even Great Great Grandmother Stina has had some great days with her 14,5 years.

Wir waren zwar nicht auf vielen Ausstellungen, aber ... ! Wir waren in den letzten Monaten nicht untätig. Auch wenn unser Lernfeld mehr in der praktischen Jagdarbeit gelegen hat.
So freuen wir uns über die HZP`s und damit sowohl der Berechtigung zum Start in der Gebrauchshund/ Working Dog Class für Berta - Beautyfield's Miss Marple und Pebbels - Beautyfield's Nimue - sowie 2 sehr schönen Formwertergebnissen und in der Gesamtheit der Zuchtzulassung für beide Youngster/Junior Hündinnen.
Aber am meisten freue ich mich über die Arbeitsleistung meiner Pippa. Pippa ist vielleicht nicht der "Perfekte" Dummyhund. Aber ein erstklassiger Jagdhund und das wurde ihr jetzt mit dem Leistungsabzeichen "Verlorenbringer" bescheinigt.
Ein Resultat aufgrund ihrer tollen Arbeitsleistungen auf einer Niederwildjagd vor einigen Wochen im Münsterland. 😁 Superstolzer Hundeführer 🥰🥂

A real Dualpurpose Flat - merits in Shows as Crufts and WDS. Workingtest merits as 2times Veteran Trophy winner, Classwinner at the Flatcoated Mästrekuppet ÖKL and retired hunting dog.
Well loved mother, granny and greatgranny from several family dogs as well as ancestor of several Champions too 🍀🍾🎂❤️
But mostly my shadow ❤️
We hope for further lovely times with her .

Happy birthday „Naughty Pippa“ - CIE CIB MultiCH Telurn Coming Home to your 6th birthday. Thank you Katie M Lutner & Dena Lutner for making it possible. Granddaughter to our Special Beautyfield’s Amy Winehouse. Daughter to GBCH Wiccinssage Hugo jr. and the gorgeous Beautyfield’s Flashdance to Telurn „Irene“ - and daughters and sons make her some nice birthday presents. Aunt Michaela makes her a tart. Daughter Pebbles made her proud with todays 1st place at the SRA Show Celle under judge Ms Nina Skjelbred in Juniorclass and Best Junior of the breed.
Her daughter Nike yesterday an Excellent too.
Her niece Berta = Beautyfield’s Miss Marple yesterday 1st in intermediate today 2nd.
And from Belgium we got the message that her son Fly was 4th today in a BBC workingtest. Well done all involved. Congratulations to the kennels relatives with their successes. Jutta with BOB today and Elisabeth Nike Schulte-Loh with 2 nice placements.
Now we invited to Pippas birthday party 🥳 . Cheers 🥂
