Velkommen til „Verden fra hundens perspektiv”. Mit navn er Malgorzata og jeg er uddannet hundeadfærdsinstruktør ved Center For Dyreterapi i Hirtshals. Jeg elsker at udforske, hvordan hunde opfatter verden og synes at hundeverdenen er så fascinerende.

Privat bor jeg i Højbjerg sammen med min mand og vores dejlige hund Luna. De seneste par år har jeg lavet mad til sultne mennesker, men mine erfaringer med Luna blev starten på en ny vej, en „spændende hunderejse”.

Hvis du har brug for hjælp eller gerne vil forstå din hund bedre, står jeg klar til at hjælpe dig.

It is essential to recognize that our beloved dogs are unique creatures with their own needs and instincts. While it is natural to bond closely with our four-legged friends, we must not forget that they are dogs and not little people.
It is not appropriate to attribute our own feelings, thoughts and behavior patterns to them. Instead, we should appreciate and understand them as the amazing species that they are. Let’s give them the care, training and love they need while respecting their natural behavior and communication.

Ważne jest, aby pamiętać, że nasze ukochane psy są wyjątkowymi stworzeniami, mającymi swoje własne potrzeby i instynkty. Chociaż bliska więź z naszymi czworonożnymi przyjaciółmi jest rzeczą naturalną, nie możemy zapominać, że są to psy, a nie mali ludzie.
Niewłaściwe jest przypisywanie im naszych własnych uczuć, myśli i wzorców zachowań. Zamiast tego powinniśmy je docenić i zrozumieć jako niesamowity gatunek, jakim są. Zapewnijmy im opiekę, szkolenie i miłość, których potrzebują, jednocześnie szanując ich naturalne zachowanie i komunikację.

Great training with Teddy😊We introduced the command "STAY"
When introducing a new command, it is important to practice TIME first and then DISTANCE. You can't practice two things at the same time, because we can only reward one thing, and the dog must know what he is being rewarded for 🙂
It is important to train in small steps, i.e., not to go too fast in training. If we see that the dog is doing well, when we take one step away, repeat it several or even a dozen times. Let the command be stable, and don't let the dog have the "feeling" that as soon as he succeeds in something, we immediately strive for something more difficult. Well, where's the motivation? Closer to frustration😊
It's worth being patient and gradually increasing the level of difficulty before the dog is ready for further challenges. It's also important to set up the dog for success to maintain its motivation and avoid frustration. This way, the dog will have positive training experiences and be more inclined to learn.
Watch your dog’s behavior - in the video he managed to raise his butt slightly when his mom approached him. It's important to reward the dog exactly for what we want from him, but... well, it doesn't always work out:) Here we wanted Teddy to stay, but with his butt on the ground:) In the second video we were faster, and his butt stayed on the floor 🙂

Świetny trening z Teddym! 😊 Wprowadzaliśmy komendę "ZOSTAŃ".
Przy wprowadzaniu nowej komendy ważne jest najpierw trenowanie CZASU, a potem ODLEGŁOŚCI. Nie można trenować dwóch rzeczy jednocześnie, ponieważ możemy nagrodzić tylko jedną rzecz, a pies musi wiedzieć, za co jest nagradzany.
Ważne jest, aby trenować w małych krokach i nie spieszyć się zbytnio. Jeśli widzimy, że pies radzi sobie dobrze, gdy oddalamy się o jeden krok, powtórzmy to kilka razy, a nawet kilkanaście razy. Niech komenda będzie stabilna, i nie dopuśćmy do tego, aby pies miał "uczucie", że jak tylko osiągnie sukces w czymś, od razu dążymy do czegoś trudniejszego. Gdzie tu motywacja? Bliżej do frustracji 🙂
Warto być cierpliwym i stopniowo zwiększać poziom trudności, zanim pies będzie gotowy na kolejne wyzwania. Ważne jest również zapewnienie psu sukcesów, które będą utrzymywały jego motywację i zapobiegały frustracji. Dzięki temu pies będzie miał pozytywne doświadczenia z treningu i będzie bardziej skłonny do nauki.

Obserwuj zachowanie psa – na filmiku podnosi tyłek , gdy jego mama do niego podchodzi. Ważne jest nagradzanie psa dokładnie za to, czego od niego chcemy, ale... no cóż, nie zawsze się udaje 🙂 Tutaj chcieliśmy, żeby Teddy pozostał w miejscu, ale z tyłkiem na ziemi 🙂 W drugim filmie byłyśmy szybsze i tyłek pozostał na ziemi😊

Usually, dogs are often looking for something to do - they need to learn to do nothing. Here in the video I reward Luna for being calm. There was a brief moment at the beginning of the video where she laid down and relaxed, but otherwise she is very alert even though she is lying down. She reacts to different sounds (e.g. birds) and also observes people appearing on the beach.
Here I reward her with a treat for being calm while saying "Dobry spokoj - God calm" but actually commands "calm" is not necessary here, words can distract her further. Tomorrow, I will only reward her with a treat, without saying anything.
It is important that our dog is not on STANDBY all the time and learns to relax in different circumstances, whether it is during the visit of guests, a picnic in the park or, for example, around small children.

Normalt søger hundene ofte efter noget at lave - de skal lære at gøre ingenting. Her på videoen belønner jeg Luna for at være rolig. Der var et kort øjeblik i begyndelsen af videoen, hvor hun lagde sig ned og slappede af, men ellers er hun meget opmærksom, selvom hun ligger ned. Hun reagerer på forskellige lyde (fx fugle) og observerer også folk, der dukker op på stranden.
Her belønner jeg hende med en godbid for at være ro, mens jeg siger "Dobry spokoj - God ro", men faktisk er der ikke nødvendigt med kommandoer ”ro” her, ord kan distrahere hende yderligere. I morgen vil jeg kun belønne hende med en godbid, uden at sige noget.
Det er vigtigt, at vores hund ikke er på STANDBY hele tiden og lærer at slappe af under forskellige omstændigheder, hvad enten det er under besøg af gæster, en picnic i parken eller f.eks i nærheden af små børn.

Recall/Indkald
Practice Recall several times during the walk and ALWAYS reward your dog when he comes to you - either with a treat, play or contact - so that the dog associates Recall with something positive. Avoid using Recall only when the walk is coming to end and the dog needs to be put on a leash, so they don't associate the Recall with "end of all fun". That's why I call Luna to me, and she gets a treat, so she knows it always pays to come to me.
When training a dog, at some point I stop rewarding the dog every time it performs a command correctly, but Recall is the exception.

Øv Inkald flere gange under gåturen og beløn altid din hund, når den kommer til dig - enten med en godbid, leg eller kontakt - så hunden forbinder Indkald med noget positivt. Undgå kun at bruge Indkald når gåturen er ved at være slut, og hunden skal i snor, så de ikke forbinder det med 'afslutning på al sjov'.
Derfor kalder jeg Luna til mig, og hun får en godbid, så hun ved, at det altid betaler sig at komme til mig.
Når jeg træner en hund, stopper jeg på et tidspunkt med at belønne hunden hver gang den udfører en kommando korrekt, men Indkald er en undtagelse."

Luna versus kat Polish below 🇵🇱 Jeg bor i et kvarter, hvor der er mange katte, der løber frit omkring. Luna er desværre ikke så vild med katte 😼😼 Når jeg går tur med hende, er jeg altid meget opmærksom, for hvis jeg ikke ser katten først, kan det ende med, at hun næsten river min arm af led. Men hvis jeg ser katten først, er det en god mulighed for at træne med Luna. Som på denne video, hvor hun får ros og en godbid for ikke at løbe efter katten og for at opføre sig nogenlunde roligt. Jeg tvivler på, at hun nogensinde bliver venner med en kat (jeg har ikke nogen kat, jeg kunne låne til træning), men når jeg tænker på, hvordan hun plejede at springe frem ved synet af en kat og slet ikke reagerede på mig, synes jeg, at vi har gjort store fremskridt:) Øvelse gør mester 💪🏿💪🏿 🇵🇱 Mieszkam na osiedlu, na którym jest sporo kotów biegających luzem, wypuszczanych z mieszkania. Luna, niestety nie jest miłośniczką kotów. Idąc z nią na spacer mam zawsze oczy dookoła głowy, bo jeżeli pierwsza nie zauważę kota, kończy się to czasem prawie wyrwaniem ręki ze stawu. Natomiast jeśli pierwsza zauważę kota, jest to doskonała okazja do ćwiczeń z Luną. Jak tutaj na filmiku, Luna dostaje pochwałę i smakołyk, za to, że nie leci za kotem i zachowuje się w miarę spokojnie. Wątpię, by miała w przyszłości zaprzyjaźnić się z kotem (nie mamy zaprzyjaźnionego kota do ćwiczeń), ale patrząc wstecz, kiedy na sam widok kota wyrywała mi się i zupełnie nie reagowała na mnie - uważam, ze zrobiłyśmy duże postępy. Trening czyni mistrza😊💪🏿💪🏿
