✈️ MOCHA ✈️ It's hard to believe but the Queen of the pack, our foundation bitch, mom, grandmom and hopefully soon great grandma, My Alaskan Royal Spitfire is 11 years old today! And yet she still insists on living up to her name each and every day, giving us all she's got as the one and only true "Malamute Spitfire"! Happy birthday, prescious girl ❤️

It's hard to believe but the itty bitty baby of the pack, Lumen, is 7 years old today 🎈If happiness had a face, it would be yours and your always busy four paws and wagging tail, baby girl ❤️ Happy birthday to the bestest baby in the world and congrats to her brothers and sisters ❤️ Hope your day have been filled with belly rubs, tasty treats, and endless tail-wagging 🎂

I feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity til pilot this Spitfire through a world of adventures for the last decade:

Mocchis, my Mocchis

Even if we both have a few more silver streaks and the joints ache (mine, not hers) today my one and only Queen Mocha - aka My Alaskan Royal Spitfire - obviously wanted to prove, that she is still living up to her name 🚀

Today at the the Danish Polar Breed Club Show this 10 1/2 years young crrrrazy girrrl showed her little socks off for our stand in judge of the day, the always sweet, always smiling and always so gentle with the dogs, Vibeke Rørdam

Not only did Mocha win her class🥇She did it with style: As Best Veteran Bitch she just went and beat a full lineup of incredibly gorgeous (and did I mention all younger and stronger) bi***es and went Best Bitch and BOS Veteran.

Finally - after proving that a true working dog can outrun the best of them by doing round after round after round (pulling her deadweight humom behind her) - Mocha graciously (her humom not so much 😆) took the backseat and BOS while her grandson Gejst - Musher's Secret Long Exposure - continued straight to the top as Best of Breed and Best In Show 4, as always beautifully piloted by his humom Kristina Tornqvist 😘

❤️ Thank you to Vibeke Rørdam for thinking so highly of our dogs, for great critiques and a lovely time in the ring 😘

Best of all is not the pretty ribbons or the "boasting rights" - it's bringing home the still happily smiling 10 1/2 year old crazy spitfire 🚀 and being able to add another great day and memory to our diary ❤️
