Announcing "A Year of Mental Health."
Hello friends! I'm starting something new today: a yearlong newsletter all about mental health and purposeful productivity.
Three times a week in 2024, I'll write about my journey of ADHD and entrepreneurship, learning to understand neurodivergence, and everything that’s worked/hasn’t worked.
We're also going to create a real community along the way. Expect activities, conversations, and more.
Finally, I'll be sharing some personal stories I've never told before. In Wednesday's post, for example, I’ll tell you about how everything was going just fine for me—until it wasn’t.
