هذه الحيوانات الرائعة توفر وسائل النقل، والحليب، واللحوم، وتُعيل ملايين الأشخاص في المناطق القاحلة حول العالم.
بهذه المناسبة و فى إطار التعاون البناء بين الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية متمثلة فى مديرية الطب البيطرى بالجيزة وجمعية مستشفى بروك الخيرى لعلاج الحيوان – بالمجان وعدد من جمعيات الرفق بالحيوان والمتطوعين تم تنفيذ قافلة بيطرية علاجية وتوعوية للحيوانات العاملة بمنطقة اهرامات الجيزة شملت الكشف والتشخيص والعلاج المجانى والرش والتحصينات للوقاية من الامراض وكذا توعية اصحاب الحيوانات بأفضل الطرق للعناية بها.
خالص الشكر لجميع المشاركين على مجهودهم وتفانيهم لإنجاح القافلة.

These remarkable animals provide transportation, milk, and meat, and support the livelihoods of millions in arid regions across the globe.
On this occasion, as part of a constructive collaboration between the Governmental Organization for Veterinary Services, the Giza Veterinary Directorate, Brooke Animal Hospital for Animals – Egypt, animal welfare organizations, and dedicated volunteers, a veterinary welfare and awareness campaign was conducted in the Giza Pyramids area. This included free veterinary check-ups, diagnosis and treatment, spraying and vaccinations, as well as raising awareness among animal owners about proper care practices.
Sincere thanks and appreciation to all participants for their dedication and efforts in making this campaign a true success.

ذكرى_ رحيل _السيدة_ دوروثي_ بروك – 10 يونيو #
أحيت جمعية مستشفى بروك - مصر ذكرى وفاة مؤسستها السيدة دوروثي بروك بزيارة إلى قبرها بمنطقة القاهرة القديمة، حيث قام ممثلوا الجمعية بوضع باقة من الزهور والدعاء لروحها الطاهرة..
نستذكر اليوم إرثها العظيم ورحمتها بالحيوانات العاملة، التي ألهمتنا لمواصلة رسالتها بكل إخلاص.
فلتكن روحها مباركة الى الأبد فى الجنة.

On June 10th, Brooke Hospital for Animals - Egypt commemorated the anniversary of the passing of its founder, Mrs. Dorothy Brooke. Representatives visited her grave in Old Cairo, laid flowers, and offered prayers for her soul.
Her compassion and dedication to the welfare of working animals continue to inspire our mission. May her soul be forever blessed in heaven.

المهنى_ المستمر_ لأطباء_جمعية_مستشفى _بروك_ مصر #

فى إطار التطوير المهني المستمر، تم خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 29 مايو 2025 تنفيذ برنامج تبادل الخبرات بين عيادات الشمال والجنوب، والذي شمل عيادات (بروك القاهرة / أدفو – الإسكندرية / أسوان – مطروح / الأقصر).
يُعد برنامج تبادل الخبرات تجسيدًا لالتزامنا بالتحسين المستمر والتعلُّم المشترك. ولا تقتصر هذه المبادرة على نقل المهارات والمعارف بين العيادات في مختلف المواقع الجغرافية، بل تهدف أيضًا إلى ترسيخ ثقافة التعاون، وتعزيز روح الابتكار، ودفع عجلة التميز بين جميع فرق العمل.

As part of our ongoing commitment to CPD, an exchange experience program was held from May 23 to 29, 2025, between northern and southern clinics. The participating clinics included: Cairo / Edfu – Alexandria / Aswan – Matrouh / Luxor.
This program reflects our dedication to continuous improvement and mutual learning. It goes beyond the exchange of skills and knowledge across different geographic locations, aiming to foster a culture of collaboration, promote innovation, and drive excellence among all teams.
We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their enthusiasm and positive engagement, and we look forward to more fruitful initiatives in the future.

تنعي أسرة جمعية مستشفى بروك الخيري لعلاج الحيوان – مصر ببالغ الحزن والأسى السيد/ حسن ربيعي جاد، رئيس العمال بعيادة إدفو، والذي وافته المنية بعد صراع طويل مع المرض
لقد فقدنا زميلًا مخلصًا ورجلاً أمضى اكثر من 33 عاما فى رعاية الحيوانات العاملة وتحقيق اهداف بروك بكل تفاني و إخلاص، وترك أثرًا طيبًا في نفوس كل من عرفوه.
نسأل الله العلي القدير أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته ومغفرته، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أسرته الكريمة ومحبيه الصبر والسلوان.

With profound sadness and heartfelt condolences, the Brooke Hospital for Animals – Egypt mourns the passing of Mr. Hassan Rabie Gad, Head Worker at the Edfu Clinic, who passed away after a long and courageous battle with illness.
We have lost a devoted colleague and a man who dedicated 33 Years of his life to looking after working equines and achieved Brooke's goal with sincerity and tireless commitment. He leaves behind a lasting legacy and a positive impact on all who knew him.
We pray to Almighty God to envelop the departed in His infinite mercy and forgiveness, to grant him eternal peace, and to bless his beloved family and friends with strength and patience during this difficult time.

المهنى_ المستمر_ لأطباء_جمعية_مستشفى _بروك_ مصر
في إطار دعم التطوير المهني المستمر للأطباء البيطريين ببروك مصر وتعزيز التعاون المشترك، مع الجهات الحكومية والغير حكومية شارك كل من د. محمد فوزي (بروك مطروح) ود. محمد صلاح (بروك المنصورة) في ورشة عمل حول تشخيص أمراض القوائم والحوافر في الخيول باستخدام الموجات فوق الصوتية،فى المدة من 13- 15 مايو 2025 بإشراف الخبير الدولي د. سيرجيو فوراباني، وذلك بالتعاون مع كلية الطب البيطري – جامعة القاهرة، ومزرعة الصراط – الجيزة.
كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع المشاركين في هذا الجهد المميز.

As part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and capacity building for Brooke Egypt Veterinarians, and in collaboration with relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations, Dr. Mohamed Fawzy (Brooke Matrouh) and Dr. Mohamed Salah (Brooke Mansoura) participated in a workshop on the advanced diagnosis of equine limb and hoof diseases using ultrasound in the period from 13-15 May 2025.
The workshop was conducted under the supervision of international expert Dr. Sergio Forapani, DVM, Surgery specialist, contract professor at Padua University, in cooperation with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Cairo University and El-Sorat Farm – Giza.
Sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to this valuable effort.

ختام _القافلة _الطبية _البيطرية _والتوعوية _المجانية في قرية الميدوم – بني سويف
أختتمت القافلة البيطرية المجانية فعالياتها في اليوم الخامس والأخير بقرية الميدوم – مركز الواسطى، وسط حضور كبير من أصحاب الحيوانات.
قدمت القافلة خدمات علاجية وتوعوية مجانية، مع التركيز على أهمية العناية اليومية بحوافر الحيوانات وضرورة تقليمها بشكل سليم للحفاظ على صحتها وقدرتها على العمل وذلك إيمانًا بالمقولة: " لا حافر، لا حصان".
وفي ختام القافلة، نتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى قيادات مديرية الطب البيطري ببني سويف، ومديري الإدارات والوحدات البيطرية على دعمهم وتعاونهم مع الفرق الميدانية.
كما نوجه شكرًا خاصًا إلى داعمي منظمة بروك حول العالم، الذين كان لدعمهم أثر كبير في تخفيف الألم والمعاناة عن حيوانات الفصيلة الخيلية العاملة.
_the _Free_Veterinary_Welfare_and_Awareness_Campaign – Al-Midoum Village, Beni Suef #
The free veterinary and awareness campaign concluded its activities on the fifth and final day in Al-Midoum Village – Al-Wasta, Beni Suef, with a strong turnout from animal owners.
The teams provided free veterinary and educational services, focusing on the daily care of animal hooves, including the importance of proper cleaning and trimming to maintain the animals’ health and working ability, in line with the saying;” No Foot –No Horse”.
At the end of the campaign, we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the Beni Suef Veterinary Directorate, as well as the directors of local departments and veterinary units for their excellent cooperation and support of the field teams.
We also express our special gratitude to all Brooke supporters around the world, whose ongoing support has had a significant impact in relieving the pain and suffering of working equines.
