How to do
is a beginner level yoga pose and is performed in standing position. It additionally involves side-bend.

1--It reduces fat in waist region.
2--It stimulates sides of the body.
3--It gives lateral bending to the spine.
4--It improves function of liver.
:
1--start from mountain pose.
2--Inhale as you lift your right hand over your head.
3--Exhale as you bend towards your left. As you bend sideways bring the lifted right hand closer to your right ear. Right hand fingers should be pointed towards the left side.
4--Turn your head to the right and look up to the ceiling.
5--Hold the pose for 20 seconds. Return to mountain pose and repeat with your left side.

Patients suffering from hip, knee and shoulder problems should avoid doing this pose.
