This week was a VERY special week for our staff at VCA Naugatuck! We celebrated all of them during Veterinary technician appreciation week, because they are ALL amazing. Aside from lots of yummy foods, they had mini-massages, learned how to make sugar scrubs, got awesome goody bags, played fun games, had a wall of their pets portraits made,
and even got a new lounge to relax in. The tireless work that they ALL put in, cannot be understated. Long hours, and rollercoaster days emotionally. It takes VERY special people to work in this field. And they ALL are. Thank you for all that you do. I'm certain our furry patients(family to us) thank you too.

We had a great time on Saturday and met some fun new furry friends while assisting the Boy Scouts for their annual rabies clinic at the Rec center for the town of Naugatuck. Thanks to Dr. Berlinski, Cp, Olivia, Gillian and Melanie, along with Debbie and all the other volunteers for making it a success, along with the scouts who all get a badge for their continued work in community outreach. Announcement!
What: Rabies clinic for Dogs and cats, by Boy Scout troop #115.
When: October 15th from 12pm-2pm.
Where: Naugatuck US Army Recruiting building. 619 Rubber Ave.
Cost: $15 per pet.
All dogs must be leashed and all cats must be in carriers. Please bring previous Rabies certificates. Some of your favorite staff members from VCA Naugatuck will be volunteering their time and services Including Dr. Berlinski. 😊
