Hugo’s home farm has primarily been set up as a rescue centre by Helping Coco Horse Rescue, a registered charity here in Spain. ines are rescued, rehabilitated and put on the rehoming program in the UK. With only a licence for 9 equines, rehoming is paramount for the success of this equine charity. Colin the founded of the charity has set up the centre and added a few more animals along the way. On your visit you may come across chickens, ducks, love birds, peacocks, micro pigs, pygmy goats, alpacas, donkeys, ponies and of course horses. With the on going costs and day to day running of the centre. Care for the equines, vets bill, farrier, UK transport fees. It was decided to add the other animals to create a small petting corner for kids and the chance to walk alpacas to help create a little income to pay for the Equines. The rescue centre is still a work in progress but has opened its doors to the public by appointment only. If you would like to come along just drop us a little message.

I never watch UK tv but it’s on in the hotel. How sad in 2025 they are still asking people to donate £2 to give people in 3rd world countries clean drinking water. With all the wealth in the world surely we can just sort this out 😥

In the future with day Volenteers, working holidays, park ups maybe I will go back to my original, own dream of having my own show bar. Something Seb actually wants me to do as it would be ours to earn money.
Not all this work, then it’s all invested into a charity.

That’s why I came to benidorm. To do an old school, funny girls, rich bitch, professional drag show. Queens and male dancers.

Might as well make use of the popularity from the TV show. Judging by my shows it would be filled every night.

Right with money upfront who wants to be my SILENT partner. 🤣🤣🤣 I’ll wait for your call. Just in case anyone is thinking about getting a bar in the near future, I’m putting this out there 🤣

Hugos Home Farm coachs trips for 2025 - seats available

We are now taking bookings for our coach trips from January to June

They will be on a FRIDAY
The dates will be

February 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th

March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th (please note 21st and 28th Colin will not be there but the farm is open to see animals and fab volunteers)

April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th

June 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th

We will be closed July and August due to the heat and the welfare of our animals and will re open in September

Coach Prices -
Adults €30
Children ages 4-16 €20
Under 3s free

**This is for the coach to cover transport cost to and from and not entry to farm as we dont charge to get in farm**

All coach trips are subject to availability/ Minimum number of bookings required for our coach to run

Payment is taking upon booking due to cancellations and non payments

I always have a laugh with wee Wendy Bateson, she’s one in a billion. We are so lucky to have her Volenteering at the farm. I think it’s time we get her a wee charity shop in the indoor market where she can sell the merchandise from the farm and sell the coach trips 🤣🤣

Sunday on the farm speaking with the Volenteers and Seb’s mum Maria. Speaking about different superstitions and the difference with the Spanish and English as it’s not always the same.

At this moment a white feather landed on me.

BOTH ARE NOW RESERVED for amazing families. All going well, they will start their Newlife with their families on the 11th Feb. Both families have dogs already for company plus other animals. So they won’t be alone .

Slowly but surely the meerkats extension taken shape. Seb on his day off getting a bit more done. But he’s stopped to go to CrossFit 🙈🙈🤣 Pablo also lending a hand as always ❤️

It’s fine we didn’t need that. We were only spoiling the volunteers with a bit of shade at the weekend….

Well we have done what we can today. The base is down….. start of the meerkat extension…
