🐖 Mycotoxins can induce toxic effects in in various ways, including metabolic, nutritional and endocrine alterations. 🐽 In sows, mycotoxins can alter the reproductive performance by inducing changes in milk production and the physiological status of the mammary glands.

📶 BIŌNTE, in collaboration with the University of Thessaly (Greece), conducted an in vivo trial to evaluate the efficacy of BIŌNTE QUIMITŌX PLUS in sows challenged with a diet naturally contaminated with aflatoxins B1 and fumonisins B1 and B2.

✅ The results demonstrated that this anti-mycotoxins solution has a high efficacy in mitigating the effects of aflatoxin B1 and fumonisins by increasing antioxidant capacity and improving mammary gland status and litter characteristics in primiparous sows.
