Elisa’s journey began as a contract worker, but her ambition and desire for growth led her to become an entrepreneur, co-founding e-Buoyancy with Luciano, a platform aimed at empowering professionals to reach their full potential and improve their lives. Giving back is also a core value for Elisa, and a portion of her earnings are dedicated to supporting abandoned and unfortunate dogs. She is constantly working to improve herself, training with the best coaches and studying self-awareness techniques to understand her own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how they impact herself and others. Her goal is to not only help others but also to enhance her own emotional and physical health and connect with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in her life, in order to give back to the collaborators of her company.

Luciano has always been drawn to all things digital, believing that when used correctly, technology can greatly improve people’s lives. When he realized that the concierge industry was still being conducted in a traditional manner, he had the idea of simplifying the process by digitalizing procedures. He is an ex-Italian army sergeant who left everything behind and changed his life 4 years before his retirement to join the e-Buoyancy project with Elisa. He has been attending the MRC Institute of Coaching and Evolutionary Research “Manifesting Reality Consciously” since 2016, to further improve himself and give back to the company’s partners. He is passionate about using technology for the betterment of society and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
