Tarakona Dog Harness Handmade to measure no pull, no escape dog harnesses The harness fits over the dogs head with the chest straps clipping together, very easy to fit.

Welcome to Tarakona Dog Harnesses

These hand made to measure, no pull, no escape multiple use harnesses are made from lightweight yet strong webbing, and were designed with 7 points of adjustments to ensure a snug fit even if the dog loses, or gains, some weight. Available in a range of colours, with matching lead if required, these harnesses have proven to stop dogs from pulling hard, which is a

nnoying and often painful for the handler. Thanks to the unique martingale style front D ring, and with no pressure on the dogs neck, dogs are much calmer, meaning they are more likely to listen to the handlers commands. The harnesses, providing they are correctly fitted, do not chafe, rub fur or interfere with the dogs movement in any way. They make walking a pleasure again, enabling the handler to take time to teach the dog loose leash walking. The harness also has a rear ring to be able to attach a lead, or a long line and also to be used as a secure car harness. The rear waist strap completely stops dogs from backing out of the harness – ideal for Houdini’s, new rescues or for sighthounds whose slender bodies don’t fit into standard harnesses. Each harness is cut and stitched to the measurements you give us. Harnesses are 28€/£28

A standard lead is 1,5m long and 25mm wide priced at 7€ /£7 euros – if you would like a longer lead, please tell us in the comments box below for us to advise the price. Postage

To measure your dog it's important to get the correct measurements. Especially for a smaller dog. There are 7 points of adjustment but even so try to get a firm measurement but not too tight.

Neck, chest, waist and back from between the shoulder blades to the waistband.

A good mix of proteins to ensure they get all the amino acids their bodies need, and some chicken thigh as that contains Taurine, a vital nutrient for the heart.
