Cortijo La Lagunilla is devoted to the development of an elite line of Pure Spanish Horses (PRE). They are fed with organic hay grown at the farm.

Cortijo La Lagunilla is a 70-acre Pura Raza Española (PRE) horse farm located in the province of Seville, Andalusia, Spain. Nested in the midst of the eco-corridor that links the mountain range of Sierra Morena with the Natural Park of Doñana, we are truly located in a heavenly place. It is within this stunning andalusian scenery where we breed, train, show and sell our PRE horses. All of our hors

es lead an enviable existence with plenty of space to run around all year. Our young horses are kept in herds and are handled in a careful and loving way in order to avoid felling stressed or isolated. As a result, all of our farm's horses are confident, social and sensible animals that reflect the true spirit of the PRE horse.

Our c**t Jupiter in a picture taken yesterday afternoon. He’s still 2 years old, but about to celebrate his 3rd birthday in just a couple of days. Our stunning Lirio XXVI is now for sale!

Lirio XXVI is an exceptionally handsome and eye-catching 8 year old PRE stallion with three outstanding gaits. Classically trained, Lirio shows natural talent for collection and lateral work and easily does flying changes.

We believe that he has the attributes to become a special dressage horse just like his grandfather, Oleaje, who was part of the silver-winning Spanish Olympic Dressage Team in Athens 2004.

Lirio, who was born in our farm, perfectly behaves both in the barn as well as in the arena. He is easy to groom and load, and is piroplasmosis-free, making him eligible for travel anywhere in the world.
