Both have same sweet personality, but with strong sense and willingness to guard the area.

We got happy news from Akuaba! ❤️This sweet komondor puppy has become really good stable boy in his new home, guarding the horses very bravely!

Winter is here! Berti is cooling himself in -20C. This young komondor has fallen in love for the first time, so we try to keep him busy and distracted from our girls ❤️😊

Gremlins -the new batch? Or country mouse visiting town? Either way our babies Aida and Achilles got little leash exercize and visited the town to see all kind of interesting things! Not too long time ago we did the same with Bessi and Berti, but they are already professionals compared to these two ❤️

Today we visited Seinäjoki international show. Our junior female Bessi (Sziget Királya Bestia) got excellent evaluation and BOB junior! Also we brought home certificate and CACIB-J. Couldn’t be happier about our big girl! We thank judge Róbert Kotlár for correct critique! ⭐️

HAPPY BOY! Today we had an early and rainy Saturday morning but it was all worth it! Berti got in Kihniö show puppy class excellent evaluation and he was BOB with honorary award. It is so nice to have professional confirmation that he is developing very well. Only little minus came from too happy tail, but happy boys with happy tails, it is what it is.. 😊❤️

Puppies are 8 weeks old! Life is now full of exciting days when we are investigating everything and everyone around us in the farm.
Puppies are growing very well thanks to highly nutrient food, deworming routine and free outside life. Sziszi still likes to give them milk daily. The boys are now weighing between 10,4-11 kg and Aida girl is little bit smaller as expected, but not small, with her 9,3kg. Thursday will be the next exciting day when puppies will meet with vet for the first time for microchipping and check-up.

Young Komondor’s best moments with bottle fed orphan lambs. Berti is smiling after ”the easy lambs” let him to lick little bit. Our adult sheep are more suspicious creatures, often identifying themselves more like gazelle 🦌 while disappearing to the horizon.

Hottest day of the year and storm of the decade coming? Sziszi hiding herself under sauna wall’s plants. Oskar hidden inside the tub. Aida ja Bessi trust the coolness of the old north side stairway. I guess we Finns suffer more from the heat than our Hungarian friends 😊

We are big and strong, playing outside always when the weather allows it. Poor Mama sometimes just want to escape from us, and when she is on holiday from us (mostly working), we are eating puppy food and tasting goat milk which we like very much.

Wolves killed sheep again. This is really unfortunate and the reason why we should learn to keep guard dogs around the sheep in this country too! Komondors have guarded sheep, cattle and their owners succesfully at least 800 years!!

What happiness! Berti and Bessi (our 6/7 months old Komondors) were allowed to meet with the pups for the first time. Achilles already wanted to play with B&B, but that has to wait still little bit..

Dear mama faithfully feeding the little ones. Today the almost four week old puppies got bigger box, rooms in the house are still too big to roam free. Next step, more outside playtime!

Greetings from the whelping box! We are 3 weeks old and growing! Most importantly we have now names:
1. Achilles
2. Akuaba
3. Atlas
4. Aranyos Aida

Last week we got our first dewormers and this week we have started to taste puppy food. We are strong and our box was already made higher, since three of us has already climbed out.
Our mother Sziszi is doing well and eating well. She also started to work between the feedings, patrolling her own territory and checking the sheep are fine.
Some of us are now available for reservation to loving homes as a loyal family members, animal- or territory guards, or possibly as majestic show dogs, since in our pedigree there is great show dogs too❤️

We would like to introduce one of our young ones, who we hope to grow to be part of our kennel in the future.

Szépladányi Betyar ”Berti” arrived in march from Hungary. His breeder is László Bejó from Szépládanyi kennel. He is a male with excellent bones and pigment and he is showing already nice working skills. Berti loves everyone, including our cats and sheep ☺️❤️. We plan to show him sometimes in the shows, but mostly his days are filled with farmlife and playing with friends.

We are already 1 week old! Puppies are growing really fast and already looking for their feet. Mother Sziszi is doing really well after the 2/3 hair cut, which was needed to do, since her hair was so thick and full (longest hairs were 40cm!) Even if we miss our full hair Komondor, she is feeling much lighter (several kg of hair went!) and we are happy to see her beautiful figure again more.
Sziszi is demanding a lot of full meat on her menu now, which she naturally gets from her servants, and also she wants to drink only rainwater these days ☺️. So we are happy even for these rainy days.

We have good news! Last night our Sziszi (Szentmiklósi Kéktavi Sziszi) got her first puppies, 3 beautiful boys and a girl.
Father of the litter is Somogyi Betyár Herceg.
This is the first Komondor litter in Finland in nine years.
