Elli on ollut pitkään laihdutuskuurilla huonoin tuloksin, vielä olisi puoli kiloa karistettavaa. Kelitkin ollut niin huonoja ettei olla lisätty liikuntaa. Siirsin Ellin nyt kokonaan raakaruokaan josko se auttaisi, ainakin ihmiset laihtuu tehokkaasti ketolla. Pitäkää peukkuja!

Elli has been on a diet for several weeks and it's difficult to cut a half of a kilo. Therefore I thought raw food diet could be more successful, as we people are cutting successfully weight on keto diet. Thumbs up!
