Here she is - my happy baltic winner - last weekend Jestas was best of opposite s*x under judge Juha Putkonen who was very patient with the handler who had forgotten how to show a dog 😀😀. Loi was best of breed ( he instead had a talented handler ) . It was a nice short trip to Estonia - the show was exellent organized and even weather was good. That was my only show during this year - maybe we should go more often .

Dante ( Rastafellow's sign Alighieri ) born 2001 , he had to wait to get to the Us because of 9/11 , finally they started animal transports again but due to strict security regulations, they couldn't go to the airport to pick up dogs - only limousines were allowed to drive there (don't ask why, I don't know/remember). Dante was picked up in a limousine and the driver got him a hamburger 😀.

As you may know this year is the 30th anniversary of Rastafellow's. At first I planned to have a party and invite all the people who have been with me all these years to celebrate but because finnish summer is short I realized that it is impossible to get everyone to the same place at the same time, therefore we ate some pie at a dog show - i was hoped for a bit fancier cake but as it was warm weather we had this instead, it was good tho , I didn't bake it myself 😀. I have a vacation whole July so if someone happens to be near Mynämäki , give me a call - you are more than welcome for coffee, but give me time to clean up first.

Midsummer magic : if you pick up 7 wildflowers and put them under your pillow, you will see your future husband in your dreams .Also if you peek naked into a well you will see your groom, we also place some birch twigs at the front entrance of the house to bring happines and good spirits + so many more magical rituals.

Such a busy day that I haven't had time to congratulate our grand old lady Nirvana. Nirvana turned 16 years today so everyone : let's celebrate ! Thank you Joanna for taking care of Nirvana - Nirvana is the last one of the N litter, so we wish her many more happy moments. Nirvana's name can also be found in the pedigree of many Bergamascos, so we hope for the same long life for her descendants. Hip hip hooray Nirvana !

It's 3 o'clock in the night and we enjoy the daylight - not too hot but millions of mosquitoes. I am again sick ( can this be allergy related,.I start to believe it ) and fell asleep immediately when got home from work and woke up 3.5 hours later because ....Whope wanted her dinner and was whining in the kitchen. Beautiful early morning , fresh air - I recommend to everyone.

Happy news from Poland - Rastafellow's omg che felice - Joy - just finished her junior champion title - congratulations Joanna & Joy / EDIT : it was her 1st time in the ring in 3 shows in Poznań. A day before getting out of Junior Class. Joy, Rastafellow's OMG CHE FELICE is 18 months today with Junior Champion title
