Saturday at the Sanctuary....bliss
It was so wonderful to have one of our founders, Nylla Young, home from university for a week. She provided insights for some of our rehabilitated horses, and ride out with the families.

We were also thrilled to welcome some new faces to the Sanctuary family for the first time: Catherine, Ava, and Jahla, as well as Devishna Mudaliar and her family. A special shout-out to Catherine, who has an extensive riding background—we're so excited to have her share her expertise!

We also want to give a huge round of applause to Devishna's four-year-old son, who couldn't get enough of riding and jumped in to help with grooming whenever he could. This was his first time around horses too!.

Its such a blessing to welcome these beautiful families to our Sanctuary!

We've put up signs on the trees along our Sanctuary at Vakabalea Road, hoping to encourage the 16-wheeler trucks that fly past us daily to slow down.
Our main goal is to make the road safer for all the families and horses in our community.
We really appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us create a more cautious and caring environment for everyone.

Thanks Nylla Young Ben Toga Bulai for putting up the signs!

A truly special day at the sanctuary! We were thrilled to welcome students and teachers from Ches Fiji.
The best part? Seeing the joy on the students' faces as they connected with horses for the very first time. From grooming to gentle pats, their enthusiasm was infectious. Thank you for visiting, and we can't wait to see you again!

A weekend filled with riders and hikers enjoying the beautiful river, bamboo forest and long lazy pastures.
We had kids galore, grooming, feeding and just loving the horses.
Lots of love, adventures, and laughter!
