We are looking for a young vet volunteer under 30 years old for our European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project from the European and the Program Countries for the shelter for stray cats and dogs in Sinop, Turkey. Travel cost, accommodation, permit of stay will be met by the project's budget. The volunteer will also have food money and pocket money monthly. We would like to host the volunteer between 10 - 12 months to work on the following tasks:
o First aid for cats and dogs
o Cat and dog sterilization
o Diagnosis and treatment in internal medicine
o Traumatic surgery and amputation
o Post-op care
o Distemper, Panleukopenia and parvoviral enteritis treatment
o Nursing the orphans
o Daily check-up of the patients and babies
o Cooking especially for the babies and the patients and feeding
o Adoption, raising awareness and funding campaigns
