Tomorrow Equine Biomechanics Program to Support Mature Horses
Online Coaching and Webinars services What type of services do I offer?

Tomorrow Equine offers a variety of online services, from webinars to private online coaching. However, I have 2 lines of services that represent the core of my values :

Equine alignment assessment and rehab program:

Let me create a personalized chart on how your horse uses its body. From there I will be assigning a few rehabilitation exercises that will help your horse create strength in the w

eak areas of his body. Those exercises can be used as an add-on value to your training program, as they can be done by themself or included in your warm-up and cool-down ritual. New Price: 120$ Initial Visit
New Price: 85$ Follow up

Equine Horsenality Charting & Leadership Program:

All horses are different, and so should also be our leadership approach to every single one of them. Charting their big characteristic traits gives us incredible information when it comes to creating the best leadership approach for each horse. Once your horse chart is done, it`s time to create a leadership practice that offers the wants of your horse’s needs. It will be my pleasure to help you understand how to respond to his questioning, and how to present yourself in a way that makes your horse willing to participate in order to really create the bond you are looking for. Only 3 Weeks for some more awesomeness! 😁

📆 On October 17-18-19 Atlantic Canada will have its very first Working Equitation Symposium. And Boomer and I are very excited to be part of it!👏

Participating in this sport has always been a dream of mine (Ask my Instagram algorithm). Something that was on my bucket list, thinking that I would have to travel somewhere to give it a try, yet it has found its way to me, here in Atlantic Canada! 🥹

It`s been 2 years of hard work from the East Coast Working Equitation group, but I am thrilled to see how fast it has already traveled. Webinars, clinics, and fun days have been organized, with each time bringing in more people interested in jumping into this ultimate equitation challenge. 💪

A symposium is like the of WE clinics. It is thrilling to see this happening in only 2 years of work! It proved the interest of the East Coast equestrians' community in the sport. On top of that, this event will also be hosted to train WE judges. 🤩

Who says judges mean competitions! 🥳 I am looking forward to seeing where this next step is going to take this sport forward next!

It seems Boomer and I are better off keeping up with our homework, because we may be fully put to the test in the near future. 😆

Wish us luck! 🤣

PS* If you haven’t already, I invite you to check out the ECWE FB page, to stay up to date with their calendar of events, and to know how you can make a difference in bringing this sport a step further forward in our area.

Would you like to see what it looks like? On October 19, we will have our first , which would be a great chance to have a proper feel of the sport. Come join us!

Can you do it?👀

If you are looking for simple exercises that can make a huge effect on your horse's physical condition, ⚠️WATCH THIS!⬇️

When I aim to bring a horse to even balance from right to left, I must develop equal strength in both shoulders. 🙌

This short video is how I label a horse's front leg pair. This information allows me to determine which side needs to work on what type of exercises.

From there, cross-training can start. 💪

You would be surprised to see the effect if you try this exercise 3x a week for a month. 🏅

But please don’t believe me. Give it a try!

I would love to know if you enjoyed this video enough to try it with your horse. I would love to see your videos and feedback.

Also, don`t forget to share this video with your friends so that it reaches as many people as possible. 👌

I am afraid to canter on my horse 💔

I don`t want to fall and get hurt 😖

I am not afraid of my horse, but I just can`t enjoy cantering 🤷‍♀️

If this is you, you are not alone and should not feel ANY SHAME OVER IT!

Honestly, if you don't feel like you can enjoy cantering your horse, you are probably not wrong, and I would probably not canter it myself! 🙌

I remember being a kid taking riding lessons, seeing the adult ride, and wondering why they were > to canter their horse? It took me many years, and numerous bad decisions of pushing horses into cantering when I should NOT have, to realize why this was really going on. 🫣

Riding a canter on a balanced, supple, and strong horse is as easy as walking. 🧘‍♀️
Cantering an unbalanced, stiff, and weak body horse is worse than trying to remain on a unicycle while balancing a piece of a 2 by 4 straight in front of you. I am not even joking here; it is a pending accident. 🤦‍♀️

For the amount of time I've been asked to a horse who, the second I sat on, was barely able to support his movement at a walk and trot, I can tell you that most of you out there feeling less than other to not canter your horse, are not scare, or stupid, but smart!

➡️You are mainly more aware of your horse's body capacities than others.

Because a canter you get from kicking a horse until it into its canter, is worth nothing. 🚫 Honestly, it is not even going to make a positive impact on that say horse, because you will train the wrong muscle group.😣

If the movement had been easy, the response to take the canter would have been smooth. If you don’t have smooth, that means the horse his currently not equipped with the suppleness and the body strength he needs to support himself and you as a passage into that gaith.

People take for granted that if their horse canter in the field, they can do it with equipment and a human on top, while controlling the speed and turning, and if they don`t, the horse was not paying attention or was stubborn. 🤦‍♀️

Well, this is not the case.

The amount of time that I have this conversation with riders, then sit on their horse and look at the rider saying: You know what?, I would not canter this horse either! Is about 95% of the time! ❤️‍🩹

PS**I will state that it took me a certain amount of time to build my personal courage to tell my riders that, without shaming myself for not even trying to canter their horse, but claiming I am a professional.

However, reminding myself that I am doing what I do FOR THE HORSE. Not me made me shift my perspective.

So, to serve those horse better, and their rider, this is what I needed to say and then we need to start the process of evaluating what his going wrong for this horse at this moment, so that we can build what is needed for you both to enjoy cantering.

On this, I hope my little story finds you well. I see every day people cantering/looping horses, I would not, and it`s not because I am scared of them. If the horse does not have the capacity to do so well, I, and neither will the horse enjoy it, so then, what's the point!?

PPS**If you and your horse would like some help on what you need to work on to be able to enjoyed a nice balance canter send me a PM today ;)

Would that interest you? 👀

I am interested in producing a mini series of videos about evaluating your horse balance and how to strengthen the weak areas.

I was wondering if the introduction on the subject peek the interest of enough people watcing my post.

It should be short videos helping you to highlight 1 movement behavior in your horse and then show 1 geound work exercises that can help it.

If that would be something that interest you leave me a 👍 in the comment below!

Why would I buy/or keep a senior horse?

🐴

Am I the only one getting sick of seeing ads about retired horses for sale? 💔Is a long life of servitude not worth a good remaining quadrant of their life? 🤬

As I LOVE digging🧐 into subjects that are simply not talked about, here we go for today:

I believe that many horses are retired too late in their riding career.

Waiting for a horse to brake should no longer be where we draw the line of retirement. As a person who started to study biomechanics for the sake of keeping my mature horses healthy all the way to their senior years, I can assure you that the needs of a senior horse's body are different as they age, that understanding those needs and meeting them can give you many extra working years out of your horse, But I would still not expect my 27 years old to win the Derbie! 😬

Not riding your horse anymore doesn’t mean the only alternative outcome is to let that horse rot in the field.

I understand that being on a horse is the summum of owning a horse, but there is PLENTY of other options!

I have decided to Sandy for about a year now. Previously to that, I had already started to lower the intensity of her work, and/or the size of her riders to accommodate her.

She is now 27 years old ( will be 28 in January 2026), leaving a great life, she remains active, exercising at least 3 sessions per week in various activities, and all of that without being ridden. 🩵

What do we do?

We trail ride, we play at liberty, we work on her balance, keep her stabilizer muscles working, and learn new tricks. There are so many possibilities!

I understand that not everyone has the imagination to keep things interesting without riding their horse, so I hope that watching Sandy rocking her retirement life helps you to not feel too bad about retiring your horse from riding for the sake of not knowing what you can offer them other than riding...

Also, I wish to inspire more people to keep their horses until the end of their lives, and/or be a home for a senior horse.

Because all horses should be loved to their full potential until their very last day.🦄

Leave me a 🩵 if you agree!

Did I become selfish?

😱

Over the years, I realized that I had made numerous decisions based on how I could serve others. The desire to please has pushed me into various certifications, equipment selections, and even buying extra horses.

Not to say that I haven’t enjoyed the journey it took me into… However, now that I have started to ask myself: what do I want? What do I prefer? I realize how far I was navigating from what I was dying to do, to serve others. 🫢

It gives me a fresh and liberating rush of empowerment as I am no longer a slave of to evaluate my self-worth. Yet, at the same time, there is a certain amount of guilt coming from it, and I wonder where I am going with that?

Isn't it interesting how human beings can swim in the unknown of themselves? 🤔

Last night, as I watched a 5-star webinar on the Judging of working equitation offered by Lise Leblanc, I confirmed that I do not want to be a certified judge, but I want a 100% to compete in WE.

I surprise myself with that thought! 🤯

Never before would I have made that choice for myself. My former self would have decided to be a judge so that I could provide for the sport to as many people as possible. I would have driven around the maritime judging WE, wishing to compete myself, but setting myself up not being able to as I would have been too busy to do so! The mountain was me: it always was because I failed to show up for myself. 💔
But not today…

Helping you with your horse to achieve your dream will forever remain something that I look forward to, and that I do not plan on stopping! However, now I also have my own personal agenda. 🌱

I am very pleased to say that over the past months, I have finally been regularly showing up for myself. It feels right, and empowering, and as I know that I am not the only one who has stopped herself from entering that state, I wish the very same for you as well.

So my question for you today is this one:
What are you giving yourself?🦄

⚠️New project in the making! ⚠️

🤩

Soooo... After 3 years of looking at our unused side field, our playground is slowly going to take form. 🥳

With the help of the East Coast Working Equitation committee, Working Equitation is now a growing sport in the Maritimes. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly encourage you to participate in their fun play date and/or register for their upcoming Symposium in October.

For me, WE is the discipline that includes everything in one place. From dressage, to the Ease of Handling (that is, the obstacle course), and working with livestock. If your horse can perform well in all 3 types of classes, I believe you have a very valuable horse.

It is my pleasure to keep learning about this sport and helped to grow the awareness around what it is. It is the one competition ground where an eventer, a dressage rider, a reinner, and a trail rider will meet side by side. 😎

Any WE people here? 👀

New E-BOOK Available! 🤸👏🥳

Did you know 👀 that there is a way to chart what type of leadership your horse needs by evaluating his natural response?

Using the leadership that will make your horse feel safe, understood, and valued can defuse something that would normally make him explode. 🤯😱☠️

For this reason, I have been offering various webinars, seminars, and information sessions focused on the 4 quadrants of horsenality.

However, I had never created a quick guide that walks you through the 4.

Until now! 🤩

And guess what? It can be yours! ⬇️
