Hopefully another new regular assignment, we loved it & think the kitties had fun too

'It was a delight having Penny and John here to look after our tribe for 4 nights. They were reliable and kept us informed of our pets movements and sent regular pictures and messages. John is definately a cat whisperer and the cats loved him. John looked after my seedlings in the greenhouse and they both took lots of care around the house. Penny took the trouble to sort out all their washing, for which I am grateful. This couple really are very special and we would recommend them to others without hesitation. We are hoping they can come back next year to do another sit for us'

Wonderful community spirit in Diss, this week a cat went missing ( not uncommon, loads are wandering around lost most weeks) but this one went under special circumstances and there was police involvement. Over the course of 72 hrs the whole town was on the look out for elderly Toffee.....including the binmen and visiting circus people on the Green......an all out effort by so many people not just cat lovers. Toffee came home last night to a heroes welcome thanks to the efforts of so many...there is some hope for UK.... Community spirit alive and well in Norfolk.....now if we could get them all to not vote Tory!!!!!

Smokey Robinson, the very gentlest of cats, has passed over the rainbow bridge....we spent lots of time with him over 6 years of petsits, we adored him, and along with his sister Martha kept us well entertained every year with many gifts of wildlife.....sadly missed, sending love and hugs to his very special owners
