One of our regular customers out today in the shaded grass to stay cool today in this heat 😎

She is a lovely rescue who is deaf. You may hear her distinct whine when out and about, if you do, don’t be alarmed, although it can be concerning to hear this unusual sound, she is okay and is not in pain or too hot, she just can’t hear herself! 🥰

She is also quite nervous around strangers, other dogs and often barks (tails wagging!) so in order to build her confidence please do not approach without asking first 👍🏻

Important to note that in excessive weather like this, we will not walk your dogs in the direct sun or hot pavements. Your dog may be transported in our vehicle to a shaded location for safety.

Pet Sitting FAQ 😁 We get lots of similar questions, so thought a FAQ would be a great way to get information in one place.

🐾 Do you offer pet boarding?
No we do not offer boarding, we can only offer pet sitting in your home.

🐾 How much to look after 5 cats / 3 dogs / 2 horses?
We charge for time, not tasks or pet numbers, so we don't charge you for additional animals. We do need you to be sure we can complete all the tasks required in the allotted time.

🐾 Do you offer overnight live-in care?
Not normally, most pets don't require care throughout the night and we generally don't offer this service, however if your pet has a complex need, we are happy to discuss.

🐾 How much for a meet and greet?
We do not charge for consultation meet and greets. We are happy to visit you at your home to meet your pet, go through their routine and discuss their needs and care. We can also enter all your pets details on to our online system for easier booking in the future.

🐾 Can you provide group walks?
We cannot provide pack walks, however we can offer join walks with our own three year old Labrador.

🐾 Can you care for birds / lizards / chickens... etc?
We can look after ANY animal that does not require a special license to keep. If we have never looked after a specific breed before, we will ensure we know their routine and are confident in caring for them before accepting any booking.

🐾 Can you look after reactive / nervous / moody / hyper cats or dogs?
Yes, we can look after any animal as long as it is safe for us to do so. We will arrange a consultation to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy. If additional socialisation meets are required beyond consultation, this will be charged at £5 per 30 minutes or £10 per hour as required.

🐾 Do you provide walking services?
Absolutely, any pet sitting can include walking, grooming, cuddles, playtime, relieving, feeding, washing, putting radios or TV on, changing litter...whatever you need!

🐾 Whilst there for my pet, can you water my plants?
Of course! Any additional tasks you need, not relating to your pet, is not a problem. Just leave clear instructions of your needs.

🐾 What do you charge?
Please see our rates below and calculate depending on your needs 😁

Whether it is to feed, play with and walk your dog when you are at work or cuddle, feed your cat and empty their litter tray, when you are on holiday we are available to visit your home and take care of your pets needs. We can also take care of fish, rabbits and rodents. We will follow your specific care instructions to ensure your pets routine continues as normal.

House Sitting 🏡
We are available to check on your property, collect mail / parcels, water your plants, put out bins or turn on / off lights for security. However you like your property looked after when you are away, we are available for your needs.

You can combine both Pet & Housesitting for your convenience.

Short Visit (15minutes) £10
Mid Visit (30minutes) £15
Long Visit (1 hour) £25

We provide a full range of Home Sitting services to keep your home secure whilst you are away from home.
Depending on your needs, services can include:

For comfort on owners return:
Basic Grocery Delivery (Milk, Bread etc)
Heating, Hot Water & Light Setting
Simply advise us of your individual requirements when booking and we will take care of the rest.
Bookings can be daily, alternate days, weekly, fortnightly or monthly for anything from 15minutes+
Short Visit (15 minutes) £10
Midi Visit (30 minutes) £15
Long Visit (1 Hour) £25

Every pet and their owners are different, we are here to cater for the individual needs of your pet to ensure that when you are away from home, their routine remains intact.
We can help look after many animals with your specific guidance, from cats, dogs, rabbits to rodents, birds or fish (and we are open to more!)
Depending on the breed of your pet and individual needs, services can include:
Relieving & Walking
Comforting & Playing
Fresh Water & Feeding
Grooming & Medication
Cage / Litter Cleaning & Replenishing
Ambience Setting (TV, Radio, Calming Plug Ins etc)
Appointment Attending (Grooming, Vets etc)
We charge by the hour and there is no extra charge for extra pets, however you may require more time to take care of more than one pet. There is no minimum number of days per booking.
