My name is Richard, I am a local professional dog walker based in Abingdon. I used to look after 15 different species of animals on a petting zoo, ranging from rabbits to cows, horses and even reindeer. After that I moved to Canada and became a volunteer wildlife rehabilitator. I help rescue and save everything from bears to raccoons and everything in between!! After my time there I moved home and

have been a professional dog walker at a company for the past couple of years in the Midlands. Over that time I have walked every type of dog there is, and have learned to walk everything from a calm friendly small dog to ex-police dogs and hard to handle rescue dogs. In the thousands of hours spent in the company of dogs (the best company you can have in my opinion!) I have leant to deal with all kinds of situations and learned to read dogs body language. I have not yet been given a dog I couldn’t walk! Nor have I EVER refused to walk a dog no matter what the situation. I feel every dog deserves a chance to get out into the countryside and enjoy themselves.
