We do not tolerate rudeness to our staff.
We do not hold bookings if deposits are not paid.
We send multiple emails asking you for a deposit when you book, please ensure this is paid promptly otherwise we will give the slot to someone else.
Giving myself and my staff and earful because “you were to busy and didn’t think it mattered” to sort your deposit is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
