🐾🏃Our Top 5 Tips for Starting Canicross🏃🐾

1) Choose the Right Gear:
Invest in a quality harness for your dog and a comfortable hands- free waist belt for yourself. The right equipment makes all the difference!

2) Train Together:
Start with short runs to build both your endurance and your dog's. Practice commands like "go," "stop," and "left/right" to improve communication!

3) Pace Yourself:
Remember, it's not a race! Keep a pace that's comfortable for your dog, and gradually increase distance as you both improve!
