SO so happy with today, I came second in Asian fusion under 7s in Salon groomer of the year 2024 🤩 I can’t believe it, I entered to try something new and absolutely loved it! Barney was a star and I couldn’t have ask for a better boy to groom Im so proud of him. Thank you to my judge for such helpful feedback and I can’t wait to try out those tips and well done to everyone else in my category with their beautiful grooms!

This past year has been such a rollercoaster, I have been a groomer after progressing from a bather for a year now and Im obsessed with it. I entered Salon Groomer comp 2023 trainee category but didnt place, I had a surgery in April last year that took me 3 months to properly recover and get back into work, I’ve moved to a rent a table and set up as self employed and also finally completed my Level 3 qualification.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported me and helped me progress into the groomer that I am, I love you all ❤️

Lovely Willow came in today for her groom, what a beautiful face 🫶🏼

Willow is now ready for a Guinness while modelling our st patricks day bandanna for our themed photos 🍀(please don’t actually give your dogs Guinness) 🤣 We loved having her in and can’t wait to see her again soon!

Im very grateful to have gone to Costins seminar to further my skills and education this weekend it was amazing!!! I love going to seminars and expanding my knowledge, there is so much to learn. Dog grooming is not an easy job, it is extremely tiring physically and mentally and isnt only about making your dog look cute, it is also making sure the dogs welfare is coming first, running through endless health checks and a whole lot of patience! However I wouldn’t change it for the world, it’s not just my job its my hobbie and im obsessed 🤪 and as they say “it takes 10,000 hours of intensive practice to achieve mastery”
