🐶🐶Puppies, puppies and more puppies 🐶🐶 not one or two or three, BUT 25 puppies 💕💕
Let’s introduce you all to our fabulous 25 puppies 💕 and they have all come into our care in the last 3 weeks
First up are Betty’s 3 gorgeous babies who are about 2.5 months old , Benji, Daisy, Willow, expected to be medium size once fully grown and so loving and playful.
We then have our magnificent 7 ladies, their mum is a pure breed English Pointer, Dad unknown,
They are now 3 months old roughly , Roxy, Dotty, Poppy,
Betty, Yasmin and Sabrina
Recently 2 more male puppies were found and joined the magnificent 7 ladies , they are both spaniel cross and roughly 3 months old
The delightful small breed puppies, we call them the Orange Grove puppies, as this is where they were found with their mum, who is a pincher cross little lady, all 8 puppies are roughly 2 months old now.
Finally yesterday 5 petrified puppies were found in Lefkara in a box, one of them is not well and had a little operation, they will soon be promoted for name sponsors, they look like hounds with gorgeous long ears
It’s so difficult to look after 25 puppies and find them all wonderful forever homes.
This is where we need you all, 🙏🙏 please share their posts, if anyone is looking to adopt a puppy, direct them to STAR, all 25 puppies need to find forever homes in the next 2 months, we simply can’t let them grow up in Cyprus, we never do, but 25 all in one go, is a gigantic ask for any rescue charity.
And this is the tip of the iceberg in Cyprus, we see litter of puppies daily, but we simply have no capacity to help anymore

3 tiny puppies available for adoption, they broke me today 😢😢
Today I visited Unified shelter in Nicosia, they are bursting with dogs and puppies
3 tiny little puppies have recently arrived , and what I was told about one of them seriously angered me
A tiny 2 month old male puppy, with the most amazing long ears, was left in a tiny crate, on the side of the shelter so the cameras wouldn’t capture the lowlife ignorant peasant 😡😡
It was only by chance that they saw him, otherwise he would have died trapped in this metal crate in 35 degrees with no water or food and unable to move…. Some people are nothing more than Evil !!
He is simply adorable and himself and his other 2 little cage mates must be adopted and they must fly to land on the most comfy of sofas and with families that will shower them in love and kisses.

She is a Kokoni cross, around 12 months old.
About 3 weeks ago, a wonderful holiday couple found her in Cyprus, they did everything to find her family and they loved and looked after her during their stay in Cyprus.
Sunny is around a year old and has already had a litter of puppies, can you imagine one so young having a litter of puppies and then being dumped.
This hasn’t changed Sunny’s loving character, she enjoys cuddles with people and children
Whilst with the holiday couple for a few weeks, she went to the beach, many cafes, restaurants, daily walks, Sunny has gained a lot of confident, who enjoys daily walks, and meeting and playing with other dogs.
You can take Sunny to just about all public places and she will happily enjoy laying next to you or sitting on a chair getting fuss.
She is fully house trained, walks well on the lead and used to a small harness, eats in the company of other dogs, and she will happily share her new home with another dog.
Sunny can be an only dog as long as her family is around quite a lot but she can be left for a couple of hours without any issues
General description- sunny is a loving young kokoni, very easy going once she knows you, just a bit timid at first. Good with other dogs and cats, enjoys sniffing around when outside, returns to house when called. Loves being stroked, can jump on the bed and sofa, good on the leash and housetrained. Perfect for any home

If you are at home quite a bit, children over 10 years old, a lovely secured garden, who enjoys little adventures and sitting with a coffee at the local Cafe, then Sunny is your girl

Mali was circling in her cage, super stressed and not able to gain weight in the shelter, we knew she needed to fly to a foster home to safe her life.
What we didn’t expect, is this stunning girl to show us that she was once in a family, whoever this person was, actually trained her and she must have been loved.
Mali is 18 months old, her fairy godfoster in the UK, has made her smile, she looks wonderful in just a day.
This is what fostering means, your home, sofa and love is all most of our rescue dogs need.

The situation in Cyprus never ends , a couple of weeks ago we were asked to help a mum and 2 puppies that found themselves in a village Pound.
Even though we don’t have our own shelter in Cyprus, when a fellow rescuer is desperate, we try and help.
Meet the Mum, a lovely young lady that took care of her 2 puppies for 7 months and we now need a name sponsor for her.
She is quite timid but coming along beautifully and shares her play area with 5 other dogs, she has even met cats.
The name sponsor covers the initial vaccination and checks at the vets, we simply can’t do it on our own and cover all the Kennel bills and vet fees.

Jacob - 2 Yr old spaniel cross - Cyprus
There are few dogs like Jacob, soulful, strong and independent, his character is phenomenal on many levels. Jacob lives in a shelter with many dogs but manages to keep an inner strength few dogs can.
He's best moments are spent with humans who he gravitates more towards than his fellow dog companions although he lives harmoniously with a pack of both boys and girls, he could live in households with or without dogs.
He adores the company of children, his calling is definitely as a family dog, companion to a family would be an absolute joy for Jacob. Older Children over 10 yrs old would be advised. No cats as he'll likely chase.
Jacob particularly enjoys one to one with humans, learning is one of his greatest pleasures. He would benefit from a home where he is stimulated mentally as he's very intelligent, he'll need humans who appreciate just what a clever lad he is! He is food motivated which will be of great use when training, particularly if your pockets are full of treats!
He walks well on a lead but like many shelter dogs, he will require further training, just remember those treats will keep him motivated!
Jacob will bring great joy to the life of his family who's lucky enough to adopt him.
Jacob is fully vaccinated and neutered, he has a passport and he's ready to fly!
