🎉🐾 Cheers to a year of wagging tails, happy purrs, and endless love from our furry friends! 🐕🐈 As we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025, let’s keep our pets’ safety in mind during tonight’s celebrations.

A few quick tips to keep your pets safe this New Year’s Eve:
1. 🎆 Keep pets indoors—fireworks can be loud and scary for them.
2. 🥂 Avoid sharing human snacks or drinks—what’s safe for us can be harmful to our pets.
3. ⏰ Create a calm space for them—if your pet gets anxious, try playing calming music or giving them a favorite toy.

We’re so grateful for all the love and trust you’ve shared with us this year. Here’s to another year of good health, happy tails, and amazing moments with your pets. 🐾💖

A quick reminder:
1. No chocolate or toxic foods for your furry friends.
2. Make sure they’re safe from harmful decorations (those tinsel strands can be tempting).
3. Schedule that post-holiday check-up to ensure your pet is feeling their best.

🎄🐾 Wishing our furry friends and their families had a very Happy Christmas! 🎅🏻🎁 This holiday season, we’re grateful for the opportunity to care for your pets and help them stay healthy and happy.

We are back today with our usual opening hours.
The practice will be closed again on 1st January with the team at Medivet Watford 24hr on hand to help with any emergencies. 🏥

Please remember to give us a call and get booked in with us before New Years if your pet needs any medication over the coming Firework Season! 🎆

No act of bravery is too small for the Braveheart award and this months goes to Dennis 🐾 🏆

Dennis the 4 month old Dachshund came in to see our RVN Caroline today, for his first ever Pawdicure.
Better known as a claw clip!

Coming to a busy vet practice can be scary! Especially with lots of new sounds and smells for such a young pup, but Dennis took it in his stride. He was so brave, Very mindful of other patients and very Demure !
He left loving his fresh nails in his very cute jumper and we can’t wait to see him grow 🐾❤️

Sadly, we’ve had a deceased dog brought to the practice this morning. She’s a small cocker/spaniel type dog, tricoloured and has no microchip or collar. She was found near Dunsmore Lane, Wendover.

A busy few days here at Aston Clinton Vets but we started today with gorgeous Bruno who was in having his microchip checked.

Bruno’s owners are busy making the final preparations before the XL Bully ban comes into place and we were happy to help.

We are still offering a 25% discount on XL Bully neutering when booked in for a pre-operative assessment before 31st January.
