Tori has suffered with laminitis and could not keep her shoes on in the last few months so her owner decided to try her barefoot. She’s coping really well but does feel the odd stone so she’s getting a new pair of equine fusions 🙂 she likes the look of them I think.

Hello, welcome to my page! My name is Laura I’m a qualified farrier who has been practicing since 2004. During my time as a farrier Iv been lucky enough to work with the fantastic team at redwings, many local vets and some other great farriers across the country.
During this time Iv taken a holistic approach to horse care.
I am now practicing equine podiatry, and no longer shoe. I have a fantastic client base who many have started their barefoot journey successfully with me.
I believe a good team of professionals is essential to a sound healthy horse. I currently work with the hoof boot shop offering a fitting service, I recommend Nikki Meggison independent equine nutritionist who offers my clients advice on feeding for barefoot success.
