🚫 NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS 🚫

Hi Everyone,
Sorry to have a little Monday moan but recently I have experienced a BIG increase in the number of no-shows and last min cancellations which is obviously very damaging and frustrating on a business especially being self employed.

I have always been super lenient and understanding but I am going to have to be a little stricter in future as I can't take the hit financially especially when I have bills etc to pay just like everyone else.

I have a system that sends out email reminders for those who have signed up for them which sometimes can go into the junk but it's still your responsibility to make note of appointments.

Please give me 24hrs notice for cancelling appointments there will be a no show/ last min cancellation fee if I cannot get the slot filled.

Thank you as always for your continuing support and loyalty, it means the world to me and I appreciate it massively!!!💛

📆❗️Appointment Updates❗️📆

Hiya everyone, hope all is well!

Just to let you know that these next few months are filling up and getting very busy.

I will be off from 30th October - 16th November visiting my sister in Australia so October is pretty much almost full and November slots are very limited and then of course it is December, the busiest time of the year so again I am very nearly full so please please book ahead.

Also the 2025 diary is open too for anyone who likes to block book for the year 😊

The super duper adorable Lab puppy Mable came in for her puppy introduction session and was an absolute angel! 🥰
Although will be needing lots of toilet breaks later on after drinking all the shower water 😂
