Absolute characters! Always popcorning around the enclosure & making me laugh. Cookies is fairly well handled & will eat from your hand. Jaffa Cake is still in training but will take food from your hand 90% of the time now ❤️

Today this beautiful 9-10 month old male Syrian was surrendered to the rescue.

He's been exploring his new enclosure since arriving at the rescue.
Stitch lived in a large pawhut style enclosure with his previous owners so we felt it only right he had the same here with us in the rescue 😍

He’s got a few toes missing for unknown reasons but it doesn’t seem to stop him doing normal hammy things ❤️

Sadly Monty has an untreated injury to his eye which has left him blind in 1 eye. Monty is also deaf but despite his disabilities he is such a brave boy and is takes everything in his stride. He is undertandly a little nervous but his foster mum is working hard with him to find ways to communicate with him so he knows when people are there. Due to his disabilities he needed a really experience owner and because of his vision loss the less change the better so he will be staying as a perminant resident at the rescue in one of our lovely foster homes ❤️
Monty needed the damage to his eye and his hearing assessing by a vet and we would really appreciate any donations towards his vet bill! Any amount no matter how small would be greatly appreciated! Our PayPal is [email protected]
This is Marble!
He’s a male Syrian Hamster who we have looked after since the 12th November. He has a lovely temperament and doesn’t mind being picked up and handled.
He’s got a very cheeky personality and loves to burrow in deep bedding. He uses his wheel a lot and also responds to your voice if you call his name. He is so laid back with handling he stands still when you go to pick him up to make life easier! He also has a mad half an hour every night and loves foraging for treats scattered in his enclosure.
He needs a big enclosure! 100cm x 50cm. We have set ups available for sale if required ❤️

Meet Axel he’s around 11-12 weeks and has been with his foster mummy from around 4 weeks. He was weaned too early so his foster mummy has been working closely with him to ensure he started to gain some weight.
He’s still quite small but has been enjoying his extra protein & been gaining weight consistently.
He is an active inquisitive little guy who loves to explore. He can be a little nervous at times initially, but is more than happy to climb up your arm to explore.
After working closely on his taming He’ll rarely run away when you open the cage he’s more interested in using your arm to come out!
He can be handled easily & has never bitten or shown any signs of aggression.
His foster mummy describes him as a friendly / active / little Explorer!
Axel will need, deep substrate, coco soil (he loves to forage and explore in his natural environment) a sand bath, natural wood items, 11 inch wheel and lots of hides and toys etc.
He’s currently in a 100 by 50 enclosure & seems comfortable.

Meet Mae an 8 month old female Syrian who is ready for adoption.
Mae has been with her Foster mummy for a few months, she has had daily handling and free roam time and as a result ,Mae has become confident and extremely friendly.
Mae will need deep substrate as she loves to burrow, coco soil (busy box) , natural wood items as she is a big forager, and explorer ,11 inch wheel and lots of hides and toys ect.

Greg has only been with his Foster mum for just over a week and he is becoming so confident. He loves playpen time .

Gary is a wonderful little boy, friendly, hand tame and entertaining to watch.
This little boy is the only one left from all the other pups due to his adoption falling through . It makes us really sad that no one has offered this little boy a loving home. Greg a male Syrian is such a brave boy. He is growing in confidence each day. Greg has been hiding away and considerably nervous. He is now with his Foster mummy who is working with him daily to build his confidence and its working a treat .
Hopefully this lovely boy will be ready for adoption soon.

Evie came into the rescue 2 weeks ago and is now with her Foster mummy, she has so much energy.

Little Gary is a Beautiful little boy.
Sadly his adoption fell through, so we are now looking again for his forever home.
Little Gary came to the rescue along with his brothers Robbie and Big Jim who have both gone to their forever homes.
Little Gary was born on 2nd May this year. He loves his wheel, burrowing , playpen time and can be handled.
