So after a recent post from someone about the dangers of trailers! A horse had jumped over the front bar and ended up partially through the front window 🪟. I wanted to show that it's not all the trailers or all the lorries that are unsafe.
Horses do unpredictable things sometimes and not always can their flight instinct be completely eliminated.
At RANGERS EQUINE TRANSPORT we have all the available safety features in place to keep your horses as safe as possible.
These include:
# Dropable front and back bars accessed from the outside so reducing the chance of injury to people and allowing safe release of the horse.
# All windows both front and side have full bars across them to stop a horse putting its feet or other part of its body through.
# Camera installed so we can always keep an eye on your horses throughout the journey.
# Extra large jockey door to allow access for humans and an exit for the horses should rear ramp and side ramp be unaccessable.
# Fully closing rear top doors for those nervous travellers or one's that are only used to an enclosed environment for travel such as horses that have only been in lorries or youngsters.
