All your adored ‘very’ small pets who are entrusted into our care are treated gently and with respect at all times. Resting in our Farewell Room until Hugh conducts their dignified individual cremation.
We have had the honour of caring for budgies, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas, snakes and many other little companions.
I grew up with a little budgie called Hughie who was a huge part of our family (that’s him in the photo) He was a great talker and sounded just like our mum 🤭 He was 14 when he passed away and I can still remember the pain of losing him.
We are here to help in any way we can🌈💔

As we are a small business we have limited availability and space here at 7 Acres. This extremely hot weather brings added constraints such as making sure that every pet in our care has a cool private area to rest in before their individual cremation is conducted, allowing sufficient time for our incinerator to cool down between cremations and making sure that Hugh has regular breaks to cool down too! We cannot, on every occasion, be in a position to help, especially with no prior warning.
Some days are very difficult and very sad.

I’ve had several enquiries recently asking what packages we offer and what gifts are included with our care.

We do not offer any packages as all the precious pets in our care are given the same level of care and dignity and all our cremations are conducted within the regulations we are governed by(APHA The Animal Plant and Health Agency)

We try to conduct each cremation as quickly as possible and also try to keep our costs at a reasonable amount. We do (where possible) take a little ink paw print and hair clipping as part of our care and that is included in our costs. However, we do not offer any small items such as key rings or charms as we feel that this is something owners can think about once their beloved pet’s ashes are safely home with them again. We have a small selection of urns, caskets and scatter tubes but we do not have a large selection to choose from like some larger crematoria may offer. We try to keep all choices simple and our care to a high standard at all times. Please do not hesitate to contact me for help or further information on our care and our memorial items.

on-site.
Yes, that was one of the reasons we began this business to allow all our care to take place here in this peaceful countryside location. Our gate is closed when our cremations are being conducted allowing dignity and privacy at all times.

When we are very busy we may have to restrict the number of pets in our care in order to continue the high standard of service we provide. We understand how upsetting this can be and it is a very difficult decision for us to make too.
