Unfortunately recently we have had several owners who have let us down by refusing to pay for the care their pet was given here at 7 Acres.
We take on each cremation in good faith, not asking for any payment in advance, therefore trying to help as much as we possibly can.
I personally have been verbally abused, ignored and blocked but we have decided to still continue to offer our service without payment upfront but this situation will have to be reviewed in the near future.
It really disheartens us when this happens but fortunately all we have to do is read your many lovely messages and thankyou cards to know that the majority of wonderful owners appreciate the care we provide and realise that a business must receive payments to be able to remain open. 🌈❤️

Beautiful wee Boo was entrusted into our care by her heartbroken family.
It was a privilege to help 🌈💔

Thank you so so much Hugh and Alison for all their love and attention for our girl Boo,it has certainly made this absolutely heartbroken family feel a bit better knowing she was in good loving hands on her final journey ❤️... can't recommend you guys enough..❤️
