We are on the hunt for a qualified groomer with experience grooming to breed standard and pet trims.
We are a busy salon in the heart of Bakewell and turn dogs out to a high standard.

The role is self-employed and initially part time/ flexible hours. There are no restrictions on hours, however you would manage your own clients and diary. An established client base would be beneficial but not essential.

Whilst a level 3 qualification is preferred, an upto date portfolio is more important to showcase your skills.

Amy and I (Sophie) are self employed. Whilst we love our job, we don’t get paid when people fail to turn up or cancel last minute. I’m sure no one would go to work without pay!

We completely understand that things crop up that can’t be avoided from time to time, however we seem to be having an increasing number of β€˜no-shows’ or last minute rearrangements.

Reasons we struggle to accept are things such as;

❌ Bakewell was a bit busy today…
❌ Clashed with my hairdresser’s appointment
❌ The dog had a lie-in
❌ We took the kids out
❌ Was waiting for a third text to confirm…
❌ Don’t think the dog is quite ready for a trim

Yes ⬆️⬆️⬆️ we have all of these…
