We are so pleased to announce something we have been working on for a long time.

We are having a PET MEMORIAL WALK in aid of The Barn Animal Rescue Newtownards on 22nd June in Stormont estate.

Pet loss can be very lonely and isolating. I know from losing Lola 7 years ago that I felt like the unrelenting grief I was feeling for months was abnormal. Everyone else seemed to be getting on as normal and inside, I struggled so much. I kept it to myself as I thought I should be 'over it' by now, and people would judge me for the pain I was feeling. So, I kept my grief hidden.

I now know it was completely normal to feel this way. I was very lucky to have so many great people around me when Dodi passed away 3 months ago who understood the pain of that loss and gave me the time and space to grieve for him. I'm still grieving every day.

I want to bring like-minded people together to show that we are not alone. Our pets are family, and we grieve for them like family.

And why not get together and raise some much needed funds for a brilliant rescue. The Barn volunteers will be coming along with collection buckets and some beautiful dogs needing to find their forever home.

There will be a coffee van selling ice cream and puppicinos. We will have a pet memorial board so you can bring along a photo of your pet to display along with a message to them.

Anyone can come along, whether you have experiences pet loss or not. Dogs on leads are more than welcome (and encouraged!)

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the team at Glenvine. Unfortunately on 29th December we lost our true companion of 13 years, Wee Travis 🐶🥹 Clare vet group very kindly arranged for us to have Travis cremated and can I just say a massive heartfelt thank you, we got Travis back where he belongs last night the presentation and finer detail was second to none. Thanks again “The Drummond’s” 🐶🌈💔🥹

I want to personally thank you for the dignified manner in which you took care of our beloved husky Nico’s cremation. We received his ashes back home today from Downe vets Downpatrick-
We are delighted with his urn and condolences you have both shown throughout our difficult weeks. Nico was a popular boy and a beloved family dog who is truly missed and can never be replaced with the personality he had.

Our beautiful mare Esme (Glenvine Codename R) who has been beautifully produced by David O’Connor of Tullymurry Equestrian Centre was recently placed 2nd in the HSI 5 year old class at Knockany. We are so excited to see what the future holds for her🥰🦄

RIP Sugar💔💔😢🌈

Our thoughts are very much with Lee Anne after the recent loss of her beautiful girl.💞Sugar was her everything 😢💔

They were together almost 14.5 years. Sugar was known as the warrior princess. She went through 21 rounds of chemo to treat Feline Progressive Histiocytosis for 3 years and 7 months.
She made medical history many times over.
