Head 2 Paws I do not hold your canine friend all day in a crate like some other grooming salons. You simply come and drop them off and pick them up an hour or two later.

I believe that all dogs should be treated as individuals and I make every effort to ensure that every dog that enters the salon has the most pleasant experience possible. A pampered pet is a happy pet so I always use top quality shampoo/conditioners and colognes. Your dog will be bathed in the appropriate shampoo/conditioner for their skin and coat type. Treat your pet like you would treat yoursel

💜 Arrival and leaving times 🩷
I have been sending messages out to everyone who uses the Secure Walking field as I have been receiving a few complaints. One being arrival and leaving times. The field is very limited on parking so people arriving more than 5 minutes early for their session is causing lots of traffic backing up on a busy road. Please bear in mind CCTV will be getting checked daily and anyone entering the field before their session will be charged. Also people not leaving on time is also becoming an issue. Slots are 25-55 minutes long. This means you need to be opening the gates to leave at 25 past or 5 to the hour depending on which slot you have booked. Not getting your dogs in the car to leave at this time. Also if you are running late to your session you still need to leave on time. If you’re waiting to go in and the person is still in the field then please ring me straight away and I will contact them. Please don’t walk to gate as this can cause issues if they have reactive dogs.
Thankyou to the customers who are sticking to the rules and hopefully these issues won’t happen again 🙏
