This is really good. Skip the first 5 minutes until you see Mr. McCullough's face. And then listen.. It's really good.My only criticism would be that Mr.McCullough doesn't seem to recognise the value of a whole food plant-based diet.But on all the other stuff , he's absolutely bang on and it really is dynamite. He's not making any outlandish.Claims just pointing out how everything worked during The shot in the arm business.

And most people are sleepwalking into a totalitarian state. It began (well ramped up significantly in truth) with 9/11 - since that massive boost to "security measures" to "keep you safe" we've seen a gradual tightening of the noose. CBDCs (and digital ID linked to passports and vaccine passports are close behind) are the next step in control. This is complete bu****it - no-one needs or wants Central Bank Digital Currencies - they only serve on purpose - giving the state complete control over what where and how you spend your money. They also give the state complete control and knowledge over how you spend every penny. Think what Trudeau (the arch N**i in sheeps clothing) did to the truckers! He not only closed there bank accounts and their go fund me accounts - he froze the accounts of those that donated to them! All using a declaration of National Emergency that has recently been rule unconstitutional by by the Supreme Court. If he can do that with current technology, what will our government do this a totally controllable central bank digital currenty! Keep cash live - avoid businesses that don't take cash. Make a habit of drawing out say £100-200 per week and spending it. You don't have to have change clinking in your pocket if you don't want to: spend notes for the bulk of it, and pay the oddsies on your card. Simples eh?

There are 200,000 edible plants – & so many combinations – here’s a tasty one – butternut squash & gnocci traybake. This is so easy – especially if you buy the gnocci ready made.

You just need some vegan gnocci, and a nice good sized butternut squash and you’re away. Make sure you check the gnocci ingredients, as a lot of them slip cow’s milk in for some bizarre reason. I used, Rani brand plain gnocci from Sainsbury’s – though most of their range have decidedely non-vegan ingredients. I used the plain one which fortunately is made specially for pan frying and so works well in the oven.

One in the eye for those that claim the science is settled" or "the science is clear" - increasingly that is simply untrue. Science and particularly medical journals are no longer (and haven't been for quite some time) the arbiters or disseminators of "true unbiased neutral information"

Former editor of The BMJ says, “It's interesting to me in a way that journals are still alive, because I think there's a lot of reasons why they should be dead.”

Those Iconic cakes that need to be veganised – don’t you love them? This vegan coffee & walnut cake was the subject of much begging from my son. I finally got around to pulling together a more healthy mainly wholemeal & lower sugar version than most versions on the web. I have to say I’m simply staggered by the amount of sugar vegan influencers allow in their recipes. The first recipe I looked up had 80% sugar compared to the flour – & the flour was all white. I substituted a mostly wholewheat flour for the white so it was 73% wholewheat. The sugar I reduced so it was down to 53% – it will be sweet enough – especially with the frosting. I bumped up the baking powder a bit. I might use whipped aqua faba next time……
