Today, I was called by Rosco’s family as he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge, surrounded by those who loved him most. 🌈💔 Knowing he was able to spend his final moments in the comfort of home, with his family by his side, is a true testament to the love he was surrounded by every day of his life.

Rosco was cherished deeply, and it’s always heartwarming to see the love and care families have for their pets, especially in these tender moments. My heart goes out to his family during this difficult time. Rest well, Rosco, and know you were dearly loved. 🐾💙

Today, I was called to assist a customer in taking their African Grey parrot, Jago, to the hospital as he’s feeling very unwell. 🦜 Jago is a beautiful bird and incredibly loved by his owner, and it’s always heartbreaking when our beloved pets fall ill.

African Grey parrots are known for their intelligence and strong bonds with their humans, which makes times like this even more difficult for families. Having a trusted and safe pet transport service can make these moments a little less stressful, ensuring your pets are in good hands during emergencies.

Sending all my best wishes to Jago for a speedy recovery 🙏 and hoping I’ll have the honor of taking him back home to his owner tomorrow.

❄️ Busy Day in the Life of Pets and Paws! 🐾

Today marked the last full day of caring for the two cheeky ginger felines I’ve been feeding this week. They’ve definitely kept me entertained with their antics, and I’ll miss their daily demands for attention (and their food, of course)! 🐱🐱

I also had the absolute pleasure of a registration meeting with not one, but TWO gorgeous flat-coated retrievers. They were full of wags, wiggles, and all the charm you’d expect from this lovable breed – can’t wait to spend more time with them soon! 🐕🐕💕

The rest of the day has been all about admin – catching up on your enquiries and getting things in place to ensure everything runs smoothly for your furry friends. 🖥️ It’s all part of keeping this little business of mine ticking along, even if the paperwork isn’t quite as fun as cuddles and walkies!

Of course, there’s been a lot of driving today, made just a little more exciting by the light snow dusting the roads. ❄️ But one perk of all this travel? This stunning view I captured on my journey. Sometimes, taking a moment to appreciate the scenery reminds me just how much I love what I do – even on the chilliest of days! 🌄

Stay warm and safe out there, everyone. And if you’re in need of any pet care over the festive season, don’t wait too long – dates are filling up fast!

🐾 Because your pets deserve the best care, no matter the weather! 🐾

🚑🐾 A Day of Inspiration and Collaboration! 🐾🚑

Today, I attended a National Animals at Home Meeting, where like-minded professionals came together to share ideas, experiences, and strategies for improving how we care for your beloved pets. It’s always inspiring to collaborate with others who are just as passionate about animal welfare as I am! 💡🐕🐈

There was even an “animal ambulance takeover” in the car park! Check out the photo – my van is lined up alongside two other animal ambulances, with many in the rows behind! It’s a great reminder of the importance of having the right tools and teamwork to help pets in need.

These meetings aren’t just about learning – they’re about improving how we care for your pets. By sharing thoughts and brainstorming ideas, we can ensure your furry friends receive the very best.

Of course, being on the road doesn’t stop me from supporting you! I’ve been keeping on top of your enquiries throughout the day, because your pets’ care always comes first. Whether it’s transport, feeding, or support during those difficult times, I’m here to help wherever I am.

It’s days like today that reinforce why I love what I do! ❤️🐾 If you’re planning ahead for pet care, transport, or other services, now’s the time to book in – Christmas is filling up fast!

🌿 Tortoise Care Tips 🐢

Meet these two curious and adorable tortoises I’ve had the pleasure of caring for! Tortoises may be low-maintenance compared to some pets, but they still need plenty of attention to thrive. Here are a few quick tips:

1️⃣ Heating & Lighting: Tortoises need a basking area of 30-35°C during the day, with UVB lighting to help them process calcium. Their enclosures should also have cooler spots for them to regulate their body temperature.

2️⃣ Diet: A healthy tortoise diet includes plenty of leafy greens and occasional veggies, avoiding too much fruit or anything high in sugar. A calcium supplement is also essential for their shell health!

3️⃣ Hydration: Even desert species need access to water! Regular soaks (especially for younger tortoises) help keep them hydrated.

4️⃣ Space to Explore: They love to roam, so ensure their enclosure has enough space and enrichments to keep them stimulated.

Every pet is unique, and I’m here to provide tailored care for all your animals – whether they’re furry, feathered, or shelled! If you’d like support with your tortoises or other pets, get in touch today.
