My name is Anna and I live just outside Bedale with my husband Dan, my dog Thea, 5 pet sheep and 24 rescued chickens. Also having plenty of walks within the Yorkshire dales on our doorstep. I have always had a love and passion for animals since an early age. I used to work at Balanced Being Veterinary Practise in Wetherby, meaning I came into contact with a variety of different animals in differen

t situations everyday, extending my knowledge all the time. It was a very interesting and enjoyable place to work. Well 2025 is just a few hours away.
I would just like to thank all of my new and old clients for your continued support and choosing me to care for your wonderful pets while you’re away.

2025 is looking like a very busy year with only a few places left towards the end of the year.

Thinking about the ones we had to say good bye to, Harry our family dog, Molly G, Molly W, Sasha, Darcy Thea’s sister and Teds human mum Ruth. All are greatly missed.

I’d like to now wish you all a Happy and Healthy 2025.

Our Story

My name is Anna and I live in just outside Bedale with my husband Dan, 2 horses Calllum and Bess, several chickens and a Tortoise that comes to visit when my daughter comes home to visit. We live in a 4 bedroom house with plenty of outside space, 2 acres, with a dedicated dog paddock, which is all fully secured. I have always had a love and passion for animals since an early age. Until 2014 I worked at Balanced Being Veterinary Practice in Wetherby, meaning I came into contact with a variety of different animals in different situations everyday, extending my knowledge all the time. It was a very interesting and enjoyable place to work. I’m Police checked, fully insured, and Richmondshire Borough Council approved and licensed for 5 Dogs Home Boarding. I’ve recently received a 5 star rating for my dog boarding business, for the next 3 years from January 2019.
