We at Reptile Hunters know that some of you are possibly in the unfortunate situation of going through power outage and are possibly stressing out over heat for your reptiles, we at Reptile Hunters are here to help in anyway we can we have full power at the shop and we can house some Reptiles for those of you who are concerned as to when your power will be back on.

To all our customers calling in to our stores up until Christmas 🎄
The shops are going to be extremely busy over next few days between customers coming in to collect Christmas orders which many of you will have seen with set ups stacked throughout the stores there is also the additional Christmas rush for everyone coming in to collect there livefoid orders aswell as last minute bits and pieces.
We ask only one thing when you call in please bare with us when you call instore and we will happily serve each and everyone of you we may even ask you to lend a hand lol but it's are fully committed aim that each and everyone of you leave with everything you require and need as each and everyone of you are extremely important to us.

Reptile Hunters Christmas orders update
Ok ladies and gentlemen from 1st week of November we began process of bringing vivariums in on weekly basis we have now officially built and completed 78 orders from start of November right up to and including Christmas orders which will be collected over the coming week we only have few spare vivariums now left instore and we want to let any customers arriving from tomorrow onwards thinking of getting new addition and set up then you'll be required to assemble it yourself due to how busy we will now be up to Christmas if this is something your planning on doing then we strongly advise against leaving it up until the last minute for 2 reasons

1) we may be sold out

2) you want to give yourself time to get it home and have it assembled before collecting your new addition

Hamm December 2024
❗️DONE AND DUSTED❗️
Well well well I think we can all agree that trip was definitely one to taste every fibre in our patients 2am Tuesday morning and I'm just getting into the house, between ferry delays going 9 hour ferry delays coming back with an additional hour added during the night a drunk driver trying to knock me down at cherbourg port, sellers being late to deliver animals at hamm, customers turning up at wrong collection etc etc etc that is a hamm trip that I'll never forget nor will I EVER want to repeat.
On a brighter note lol all our fantastic customers were absolutely fantastic in understanding of time changes throughout the return journey not a single one of you complained and after everything we went through everyone still got there new additions this evening.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our fantastic patient loyal customers and once again we were pushed not only to complete all of your collections and drop offs but to actually manage to fit it all in was honest a test of us tetris skills lol but was great to see the happy faces and the excitement of getting your new additions so once again a massive thank you to each and everyone of you and remember we will see you all again soon.
New years runs will start with
Hamm in march
Then
Houten in June
Followed by
Hamm in September

Ok ladies and gentlemen all pick ups and drop offs have been completed,
However we have just recieved message that the ferry departure has now been delayed at moment by 9 hours meaning we will arrive a 7.45pm Monday evening.
We apologise for any inconvenience However these are things beyond our control we will keep you updated with collection times when and if things change further

Christmas and new year LIVEFOOD customers.

Ok ladies and gentlemen We are getting close to that Christmas period were customers panic about livefood arriving.
We currently have order forms in belfast and lisburn were you fill in the order sheet with your name and phone number and the livefood you require over the holiday period.
Livefood will not be on shelfs for sale due to periods the shops will be closed so if you require livefood for the following 2 weeks of
Monday 23rd December
Monday 30th December
Then fill in the form of what you require if you order livefood for week starting Monday 23rd December THEN YOUR ORDER MUST BE COLLECTED ON MONDAY 23RD DECEMBER
if you order food for week starting Monday 30th December THEN YOUR ORDER MUST BE COLLECTED ON MONDAY THE 30TH OR TUESDAY 31ST DECEMBER.
❗️This is only for walk in customers who buy from the livefood on shelf❗️

❗️PRE ORDER LIVEFOOD CUSTOMERS DO NOT NEED TO FILL IN THE ORDER FORM, HOWEVER YOU MUST COLLECT YOUR ORDERS ON ABOVE DATES❗️

Ok ladies and gentlemen We will be attending the December hamm expo in germany and if you require anything either taking to hamm or brought back from hamm then don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Your animals will be transported in our fully licensed and thermostatically controlled volkswagen transporter.
We will be attending the expo on Saturday 14th December and we will return into ireland Monday 16th December.
